Peaceful Log Cabin near the Buffalo National River

We loved the quiet, country environment. We live in KCMO and love taking the chance to get out of the city to reset. The cabin was perfect! The host was very responsive and gave fantastic instruction for check in and check out as well as dining options in the area. Very clean and well set up cabin. Perfect for a quick get-away!

We had a wonderful stay. The host had to come help us find the place and was extra nice and helpful. The property was very comfortable and had all the amenities it stated it had.Comfortable bedding and cozy place to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature around .

A storm was rolling in, and Jeff was kind enough to let us check in early, which we appreciated. It is a cute and comfortable cabin close to several hiking trails. Although there is a lodge on the property, the cabin felt very secluded. It was spotless and the bed was comfortable. A flock of turkeys hung out in the driveway as we packed our car. We highly recommend Harmony Cabin!

What an incredible find, right off highway 7 and a couple miles from a dollar general for supplies. Super quiet area teeming with wild life, we found this place to be paradise from a gorgeous day of riding in the ozarks. Wife and I put on 650 miles and each night looked forward to getting back “home”! Fires under the stars and comfy furniture inside to relax tired happy bones! We truly enjoyed our stay, even with people renting the big cabin we felt secluded. Property management was incredibly helpful and friendly. Very fortunate to have stayed here. We love this area and have stayed in several places but this one is the best. Such a perfect place.

We booked this property as it was close to Jasper where we were kayaking the Buffalo River and the price point per night was great. Cozy place with all we needed. The back deck was perfect for a few games of Uno with our daughter; the living room was comfy for popcorn and a movie. Our weekend was delightful!

The cabin was exactly as pictured with the addition of better living room furniture which was comfy and nice. Beds were very comfortable. We were surprised we had neighbors, but they were quiet and kept to themselves. If they had spent time on there deck and watched our evening fire pit time, that would have been upsetting. There was wood on the fire pit for us when we arrived, and the had a basket of items for smores on the table. We had a great time!

The cabin was very neat and clean. It was quiet and the bed was so comfortable, that we slept without waking up and slept late the next morning. It was so nice to relax that well! We loved it all and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you Peggy and Craig

We had a great weekend at this oasis in the woods. The fire pit and picnic table were just icing on the cake for the location!

The owner reached out ahead of time to ensure we had good directions to the property. He called on our arrival to ensure we were well settled. And when i got hurt on a hike off property and had to leave early he called to follow-up on my well being and to make an offer for a future stay when my fortunes turn. The cabin was perfect. We had the whole property to ourselves. We were visited by deer, turkeys, blue birds, blue jays and more.

You always go to Jasper once a yr. It is our getaway. But this yr we have had some family emergency and my Husband sister is. Terminally Ill. It has Bern stressful on health, mind, and budget. The cabin was in our budget and provided the much needed stress relief

Cabin was super clean, exactly as advertised. Owner is nice, professional, and prompt. There were never any issues about procedures or directions. Location is terrific for a private getaway. Stay was exactly what I needed to refocus and reenergize myself after a turbulent year. Lots of outdoor space, kitchen has everything you need, comfy beds, comfortable living area, great experience all around.

Jeff was easy to communicate with. Very quick to respond. the Cabin was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and restful. Beds were comfortable and the cabin was stocked with most all we needed just as it was listed. The grill is a charcoal grill, which was fine, I like that better anyways. I would stay here again. It is close to may trials to go hike.

Our family loved this cabin for a weekend getaway. Close to Jasper and lots of hiking options. All the comforts and amenities you need!

The owner took great care of us and was available to answer any questions. The complimentary S'mores ingredients was a nice touch.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. It was a very relaxing stay. We had issues with the lock, just because we didn't know what we were doing. One message to Jeff and he called right away and and helped us. We enjoyed our stay to the Harmony Mountain Haven. We would book with him again.

My husband and I visit Jasper once a year and this was our first time to stay at the Harmony Mountain Haven. This cute little cabin had everything we needed for a cozy weekend getaway to celebrated our anniversary. We found it to be clean and easy to locate. We'll definitely be back! hiking trails and local attractions.

Everything that was listed in the property description was accurate. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay or better communication. Jeff was an excellent host and even had a basket filled with supplies for s’mores on our arrival. We will definitely be coming back for more memories.
