Peaceful living, Best Location, 4 King Beds, Theater, Game Room & Hot Tub

The cabin was really nice and located conveniently to the main attractions in Pigeon Forge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 99Bears! We took advantage of a rainy afternoon and found all the bears. Deric was excellent to work with. We had a small issue with the fire alarms and he was very responsive to this matter. Next time we are in town we will book this cabin!

Not worth the money I spent on it Bathtub In the main floor doesn’t drain and water was reaching about 6” high even the stopper was open No view at all. Only trees around the cabin There’s coffee machine but no coffee in the kitchen Water leak from hot tub on theater room. Really bad Water in showers keep changing from hot to cold quickly and then hot and then cold .

While the cabin had some great amenities the cleanliness bothered us. I have seen worse but here are a few things we dealt with. 1) We found mouse poop in multiple drawers in bedrooms as well as some in closet and then under one of the guest beds. 2) We did end up coming across a bug on our bed and at first thought it was a bed bug but it was not. It instead was a carpet beetle which also can bite and was something that made us clean every single thing we took with us to the cabin. Not a fun thing to do once you get home from a vacation. We discovered three of these during our stay. We did not find them until our third day and at that point just stayed through the end. 3) The showers had quite a bit of dirt in them and then there was just a lot of dust through the property. The other issue we had was during our check-in. We arrived at the cabin and our code didn’t work but that was solved but while we waited to get that addressed we happened to check the other door on the first floor and it was unlocked. This made us uncomfortable and the wrecker did our due diligence in checking out the property. We did also find out the lower door was also unlocked. All was ok but it did leave my wife and kids unsettled. As I said there were some nice features like the arcade room on top floor. They had a movie theater room as well.

We have an amazing time. The cabin is beautiful and very clean. The location is great. We loved having all king size beds. We also enjoyed the hot tub and movie room. The owner is great to work with. We would love to stay here again and recommend this cabin.

Clean and accommodating. Deric answered questions really quick and everyone had a great experience.

We were very pleased with the cabin. We all thought it was great! A couple of the ladies had scavenger hunt and counted all the bears in the cabin. They counted 103, we think some might have had cubs. :)!

This cabin is so spacious and comfortable. Location is closer to the Gatlinburg side of town with convenient access to the National Park. The owner is considerate and readily available to make your stay pleasant. You can’t miss with 99 bears!

99 Bears was the most comfortable Vrbo we have stayed in to date. One of our favorite amenities was the Theater Room. We also appreciated the touch of Christmas in the cabin - Christmas tree, stockings hung by the chimney with care, etc. We had fun on our bear hunt and found all 99 bears! An overall wonderful stay. Thank you Deric for your hospitality.

Cabin was very clean and cozy The only suggestion is more towels we had to wash towels several times other than that everything was excellent

We enjoyed our getaway in this lovely rustic cabin. We had plenty of room for our girls trip with 6. We enjoyed the coziness of this space with plenty of smaller spaces to escape. The king beds were comfortable and the movie night was great with the theatre. I was told many times I chose the space very well. This cabin is minutes from Pigeon Forge and an easy commute to Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park.

Our host, Deric was awesome. Responded to all questions immediately. Just some feedback for future references, amenities in the kitchen could use a little attention in the pots and pans department. Also, the cleaning crew should pay a little closer attention and get the cob webs that’s been there a very long time and dust bunnies under the night stands by the beds. The smell when first entering was not very welcoming. Maybe some air fresheners would fix it but I believe the brown couch has a permanent dirty smell. We come every year and always looking for the perfect cabin at the right price. Thank you.

Host communication was top notch. The location has great access to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and is in a quiet neighborhood. Kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub and the rocking chairs on the deck. Kitchen has everything you need for a large family. Great stay.

This is a BEAUTIFUL cabin! It has one bedroom on ground floor, 1 upstairs and 2 downstairs and a movie room. It was very clean and everything easy to fine. We had a visitor one day, our neighbor bear. Very interesting creatures! Best vacation in the mountains in a long time! Easy to rent and exactly as described!

Great location. Beautiful home. Great Wood furniture. T.V Remotes were not link correctly. We never got to watch a movie in the theater room. We did see our bear.

This cabin was beautiful!! It was just what we needed for our little family trip. We had plenty of room and everyone had their own bathroom. The hot tub was wonderful for soothing our aches after walking all day seeing the sights. The whole place, including the hot tub, was very clean. My grown children enjoyed watching movies on the downstairs projector screen. The view from the back porch was stunning! We would definitely consider this one again in the future.

Loved the property. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and watching movies in the theater after a long day of adventures. Feels secluded yet you are only minutes away from everything.

This property was not cleaned properly,the decks were covered in cobwebs,floors inside dirty,video games do not work as described,beds not comfortable. Great location,do nit attempt to go to pool,small community pool with over 100 people there,only 2 tables and few chairs

This was a great location to be close to everything. Plenty of space for everyone to kick back and relax. Enjoyed the hot tub.

The cabin was clean and nice. Location was good. The mattresses was not very comfortable but everything else was great.

Property was lovely and large enough for a large family with all the amenities of home. However, bedsheets appeared dirty and not changed, tub did not drain properly and I inside and out could have been cleaner.Hot tub old and in need of replacement. It had a musty smell and mold.Kitchen utensils a mess and in no specific order. There was a seasoning/food filled cabinet with food particles scattered on shelves. Just not a very clean place. Needs some TLC.

We stayed here the first week of December and it was decorated nicely for the holidays. Everything was clean and Deric always answered any messages or questions I had. First of all, Deric is an awesome owner that will make accommodations when needed. The place was very clean and well put together. The location was great, very close to downtown but far enough away to feel like you're in a cabin in the woods. I highly recommend VRBOing this location.

Perfect amount of space for our family of 5! Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Great working kitchen. Gas fireplace in family room kept us warm & toasty. Deric was quick to respond to some questions of ours.

The location is near restaurant, Dollywood and other attractions! The beds were cozy and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had pretty much any item needed to prepare a home cooked meal. Nice big kitchen table, gorgeous thick hard wood, a true piece of art! My married daughters enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine after a long day walking at Dollywood! Cabin was cozy and decorated for Christmas! My granddaughters love it. They love the big bear centerpiece on the table that ate breakfast and dinner with the family! Nice visit! We enjoyed our stay and will come again!

This cabin is a 2 min drive to Pidgeon Forge. Easy access to all the attractions.

Great, comfortable cabin that was exactly as the listing shows. Secluded from all of the city traffic but close enough to everything you need. Deric, the owner, kept in constant contact to make sure everything was exactly as promised. We wish the fireplace in the main room was accessible (we stayed in October; fireplace is functional November through the end of February) as it got into the upper 30’s at night. Not the end of the world by any means. We saw several black bears close to the property and that was incredible! HIGHLY recommend this cabin for your Pigeon Forge getaway! A+++++

My parents wanted us all to get together for a weekend. We never get a chance to do it with all of our busy lives. It was truly wonderful. Cabin was beautiful and has everything we needed. Great time!

Great cabin, and great stay. Property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Nice location not far from the parkway in pigeon forge, but far enough off to enjoy the peaceful mountains.
