I liked how it was on a farm. David was a very respectful man. I think it’s over priced and under cleaned. It smelled like old house. There were cob webs every where. A glass of milk was in a cup spoiled at the top bunk area. It was still a beautiful property. If you are looking for privacy, do not stay here. The owners are right across the way. Although they gave us space, I felt like they were the type to look through the house when we were gone. The lock on the door didn’t work. I will not stay here again.

Cute, little cabin. Hosts were easy to talk to. Two very friendly dogs that kept us company on our walks. Wish we would've had more time to do more exploring.

There was nothing I didn't like. If there is any such thing as a perfect location, this would be it. The quiet serenity and beauty was like a taste of heaven. The Cabin was nice, clean, neat, spacious and cozy. If you want to cook, everything except the food is already available. If you like the outdoors, there is plenty to explore and enjoy right on the property as there is a creek to kayak, fish, swim or just hang out. There is a cave on grounds and the animals are a hit. The animals are kid friendly, the cats are lovable, the cows are beautiful and the dog even gave us a bit of entertainment; and oh my, the pigs. Have you ever known a gossiper?, well these two would probably take the cake. One of the cows even gave birth to a calf the day before we left. My seven year old son enjoyed collecting eggs from the chicken coup and helping out with the animals. He commented that I'm getting used to this farm life! My, man, children and I were not ready to leave when it was time to check out. The owners of the property live directly across from the cabin and they were a joy to meet. It's like a breath of fresh air to still find genuine, caring human beings in this world we live in today. They were very welcoming, their children took time out of their day to interact with my children. Everyone was helpful and if you like interaction they are open and if you like a lot of space they allow you to have as much as you require. Awesome people and location!!!

We loved our time on the farm! The hosts were very responsive and amenable when we had needs or questions. We had enough room for our group but I would say the bunk room is for small children only. We purchased two bundles of firewood earlier in the day before heading out to one of the nearby caves in order to make s’mores, and we got home that evening a fire was already made and burning for us! We had the pleasure of eating the eggs our youngest group member collected for a week after we got home. There were ripe blueberries available for picking and some great hiking trails on the property. We would absolutely consider coming back!

This was our second time visiting this home. Owners are a joy and welcomed us to their hospitality. My family loved the animals and quiet nature as a getaway from the urban life.

This was a perfect spot for our family of 7 to stop on our way south for spring break. The farm is beautiful and the animals were adorable. The hosts were just as sweet as could be and made the experience for our kids even better by letting them pitch in and teaching them the animal care. The kitchen is quite small, but the big screened in porch balanced that out. Beds are super squeaky but comfy. There is lots of space to walk around and explore. The cave was super cool! Just be aware... it's a private outdoor cave-there are salamanders and crayfish and spiders (oh-my) that were there 1st. We all loved it and would definitely go back if we're in the area. Thank you!

Close enough to everything in the area but yet far enough away to be in the country. Loved this place. If you enjoy the outdoors this is the best fit for you. Hiking, creek wading, animals, and a small cave to hang out in. Will stay again.

Cabin is on hosts property, but it was peaceful and we enjoyed visiting with their animals. Hosts were friendly and available to answer questions if needed. We were able to access Mammoth Cavs, Nashville and Bowling Green easily from this site.

We loved this cozy cabin and the surrounding farm setting. We wanted a place to stay that I could work on my Doctorate while my husband worked in nearby Bowling Green. This was the perfect place! We made new friends with some of the animals and enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor living area. There was a heat advisory the entire time we were there, so I didn't hike out to explore the cave or creek, but the cabin's AC was wonderful! This place is tucked back away from the road but it's not far from town.David and Yamil are wonderful hosts! Yamil showed me around the farm and we enjoyed some wonderful conversation! While their house is just across the driveway, we had plenty of privacy. We are already planning to book another stay when we can take a vacation to explore Mammoth Caves!

Our host was amazing, they made it felt like we were right at home. The property was everything and more of what was advertised. I strongly suggest the hike down to the small cave on the property. We loved everything about the cabin. We can't wait for next year! next year!

Great place to keep coming back to as the hosts treat you like family and share life on the farm with you freely! If your family enjoys animals and hikes in the woods it’s a great place to rest and unplug!
