Beautiful cabin on the river

Ac weakness and bad WiFi reception. Not enough bedroom furniture and old furniture in entire house

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a fishing weekend in Heber Springs. This is exactly what a fishing cabin should be. We hit other spots on the river, but we caught our best fish right from this cabin’s back yard access. Clean, comfortable, and the owner was immediately responsive and very kind. We will make this a regular stop for our future weekend trips. Very happy.

We enjoyed the back porch for meals and gazing at the river- very relaxing. Host was responsive, Check in was a breeze.

Cutest little cabin sitting on the red river! Grandkids loved it! Cabin had everything we needed and only a few miles from fishing boat rentals, would definitely stay again!

Really nice cabin. Very clean and in a nice spot on the river. The cabin is located on a shoal so it has no dock. If the river is low, it’s not great for fishing. Regardless, the lot is large and tranquil.

We enjoyed our stay and the cabin fit all our needs. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. He gave us many tips about the area and made sure we had whatever we needed. Hope to stay again next year!

Very neat place on the River! We went during the week so it was quiet everywhere and very relaxing. We enjoyed the comfort of the cabin, but also loved watching the River from the porches while the kids played! Everything was pretty well stocked, if you’re going to be grilling, make sure to bring your own grilling stuff. Overall - very nice place and would book again!

Perfect place to be able to get away and relax and enjoy nature! Host Nick was very accommodating and checked in before and after the trip to make sure all was going good. Heber Springs and Greers Ferry lake and Little Red River are very nice.

House was well stocked. We were very cozy with the cold temps we had. Beautiful spot on the river. Lots of fishing unfortunately didnt catch many but still enjoyed the convenience and access. Lots of canadian geese were beautiful to watch. Nice firepit outdoors and indoor fireplace. Overall great relaxing trip.

The only problem we had was both queen mattresses were very out dated. They were worn out and made you roll to the center. The upstairs mattress had a 2009 date on it. The down stairs mattress was old also. The blinds on the doors are broken and could use replacing so you could look outside and see that beautiful river. Other than these things we had a really nice stay there.

The cabin was awesome with a beautiful spot on the river. Really enjoyed my stay and will bring my family back in the future.

The Location on The River is outsanding. We have stayed there each year during our Christmas break and we plan to keep the tradition going. Its a nice quiet neighborhood with abeautiful back yard that backs up against the beautiful Red River. Great Location!!!!

The cabin is wonderful. It is cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed in and prepared meals daily. The location on the river couldn’t be better! We enjoyed fishing all day, watching wildlife along the river, and had a bald eagle trout fishing with us. Amazing place!

Well i would rather not give a good review!! Because this place is awesome and the fishing is for real the best i have experienced on the lil red so far. Stayed at 9 places so far and this one is the bomb. Reason i did not want to give a great review is i may never get to book because this is a gem and when people see that no more available days lol. Loved all about this one for sure.

The host was very helpful. The property is right on the river and it is a great area. Nice neighborhood very quiet during our stay in Oct. Very clean.

Beautiful

As a nature lover, this is my favorite place to visit. The river and wildlife are amazingly beautiful. The cabin was clean, homey and very comfortable.

The cabin was very rustic and comfortable. We loved sitting on the back porch and going down to the river. The scenery was beautiful. In the mornings the fog was floating on top of the river which gave it a beautiful scenery. This is a great place to get away.Thank you,Susanne

We loved the property and was everything we were looking for. Relaxing stay with everything we could have needed. Our pups had a great time too.We loved watching the stages of the river throughout the day.

We had a great time at Paradise. Check in was easy. Kitchen was stocked well. WiFi access was easy and service was very good. The owner was so nice and easy to correspond with. He had a letter telling of things to do in the area and restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed the peaceful, relaxing views of the river from the deck and sitting (in the provided) chairs down by the river. The air coming off the river is so nice on a hot day. And we caught a few trout even though the river was up. I would highly recommend this cabin.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was well stocked and cozy. The location next to the river was beautiful to watch the sunrise. The owners were friendly. We can’t wait for our next stay and to see the progress made by the new owners.

This is the perfect location to trout fish. The river is steps away from the back door with a fire pit between. It’s peaceful and perfect size for 4 people. Kitchen has everything you need to cook from home. Beds are comfy. The owner’s communication is super fast and check in was simple. Definitely recommend.

Great location right on the river. You can sit on the back deck and enjoy the sounds and view of the river. Perfect location for the trout fisherman. The host, Nick, was great to work with, he provided great info on the local area to include; fishing, golfing, restaurants, etc.

Sorry for the late review but we stayed here back in March. I have to say thank you to the owners for going out of their way to make sure we could check in early due to our fishing trip. Even though the water was too high for fishing due to the dam running I will definitely be back. When the water is lower I don’t think there’s a better fishing spot. Big backyard and just absolutely beautiful.

Was a great place to relax with our dogs! They loved going down to the water! Enjoyed the back porch and just some downtime!

We had such a wonderful stay!!! 10 out of 10! The cabin was perfect, it exceeded our expectations! The host was great as well! We definitely look forward to booking the same cabin next time we stay in the area.

Nice place and location..It Needs a few things to bring this place to life and a better experience all around. Little Things like new blinds on doors, windows and fixing screened in porch. I would stay here again and the host is great to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great stay at the Paradise cabin. The little red river was really rough so he wasn’t able to do any fishing so we will definitely be going back to try that next time.

We went for a weekend getaway and was nearly perfect. The cabin was the right size for just the 3 of us and the land and river were beautiful.

We loved the cabin and the area. There is lots to explore within a few miles. The river is beautiful. It was fun to fish and see the water rise with the dam release. We will definitely be back.

Just what we needed.

Great stay!

Upon arriving I realized I did not have the code to get in. Because of poor reception it took about an hour to get the code. Cabin was clean and is perfect for a fishing get away. Cabin is very dark inside but once you open the blinds its a very cute cabin. Blinds need to bbe replaced. Fishing was good behind the cabin caught 2,19inch German Browns . I recommend yo wade iut fish the blue hole. below rapidsrapidsreplaced

It’s so peaceful and quiet! The river was beautiful, the neighbors were there but the yards are so big that you don’t feel like anyone is around.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this awesome little perfect spot on the river. It was great getting to see the river low and high with the generating at the dam. It felt so cozy like home. I felt like it was my own home away from home. I would recommend this place to anyone with or without children.
