Stayed Mar 8, 2024There was no hot water! Seems the water heater was 20 years old and it was not heating water and had very limited capacity! Called the property manager and they sent someone but still next day there was no hot water.. not happy with this cabin and the service they provided for our 3 night stay with family and kids. If someone is renting this cabin make sure they DO NOT provide dishwasher and heating might also be a problem in winter days! Also, during our stay the water heater had issues with no hot water… so don’t go by the reviews online but our experience was bad and accordingly 2 stars is max i can give to this very old rusty cabin! Hope this helps someone….

Stayed Dec 26, 2023We rented the Papa Bear Cabin for four nights and five days after the Christmas holiday. The location was good and a drivable distance from everything! There were animals in the neighborhood such as deer, elk, and wild horses so that was great! The downside to the property was that it was advertised as a cabin, but it was really a mobile home with bear decor. I felt that they should have been upfront about that. The property could have been cleaner, with crumbs and dust around furniture. Another downside was they didn't provide any extra trashbags other than they one in the can. Most places will provide trashbags and a few other household items...coffee filters, etc...and this place did not. We had to go go out and buy those things.

Stayed Aug 19, 2022We had a great time, it was cool and raining, which was nice, our dog enjoyed his time too. The firepit requires you to being your own propane for that. They were completely stocked, which was awesome. The cabin is close to the mid town shopping and we had so much fun there as well.

Stayed Oct 8, 2021The home was nicely updated and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the deck with the fire pit especially the one day it rained off and on all day. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Our only problem was that the underflooring had holes in it in the hallway leading to the master bed/bath. I understand that it's an older mobile home but the holes could pose a hazard especially if they get bigger. We had to walk on the side of the hallway to avoid stepping in the holes. Other than that, the place was great!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Loved the space and lights! Very cozy home feeling. Would love to see an upgrade on the main Tv if anything. The day we arrived it was packed, we couldn’t find our key in the box for arrival but as soon as I knocked the lovely lady was quick to help and hand us all the information we needed!

Stayed Nov 9, 2019We looked for a place to stay last minute and when we saw this place it was economical and seemed what we needed. When we arrived at property, after a smooth and quick check in, we were satisfied with the location and unit. The only suggestions would be to add vent system to bathrooms, have working light bulb on porch and get new blinds in den at sliding doors. Very comfy stay
