Ozark Country Cabin with Fireplace and Screened Balcony - MINUTES from Shows!

We were extremely disappointed mostly due to the fact that the cabin needs a good deep cleaning and upkeep. A big reason we selected this cabin was to use the jets in the tub for my back. I have spinal stenosis. The serious mold around the tub caused us not to use it at all. I could write my name in the dirt on top of the refrigerator. There is dust on the baseboard ledges and although nicely decorated the items need cleaning. The wall vent in the dining area is filthy. The first two chairs we were going to sit on nearly collapsed with the legs falling apart. I sent video to management. I could go on, but you get the picture. It didn't seem to us that this beautiful cabin is being kept up. The info book that gives extra information about your stay had several pages missing - The outside of the cabin had broken ground lights and rotting pillow on the ground near the entrance. The TV in the one room didn't work, but a tech came to replace the remote. Most TV's have sleep timers these days. The ones in the bedrooms did not. I would be willing to provide more information and I took photos of everything. The management was responsive to our immediate needs, but we didn't mention things like the mold around the tub and some in the upper shower area because some of that takes time to address and we didn't want to spend our time in the cabin watching people fix or clean. I'm writing this becuase if I were the owner I would want to know to make it better for the next guests.

Cabin was very nice on great location. Only thing was I wish we could have used the fireplace bring it was in the low 40’s at night. Really enjoyed our stay.

It was nice. Good location. From pic on line I thought it would be more stand alone in the woods more like a cabin.

Easy check in, everyone was very nice, had to change my dates two different times because of family emergency. Very helpful with my rescheduling. Place was just like pictures. We would stay here again !! Only thing they did not have a welcome goodie basket. We had to go shopping for paper products and coffee supplies.

Everything was great

We only stayed in Branson for a few days but this hotel /cabin was so accommodating and perfect for our little stay. Plenty of room for us. Also very close to what we ended up doing during our stay. Good stay again 1000 %

Clean, comfortable and spacious cabin close to the main strip. Fully stocked cabin with all the supplies you could want. Easy check in and checkout. Very serene and enjoyable property that was close to everything but also felt surrounded by woods nature. Would definitely recommend.

!Beds were amazing slept like a baby but high of the floor! Loved the decor. Wish we would have more time to enjoy the cabin more.

Overall the cabin was great. The only thing was, it was a little dusty. We went in the off season and it should've had a wipe down prior to check in. We enjoyed our stay other than that.

Only thing we didn’t like is not all the showers had hot water, the coffee pot didn’t keep the coffee hot and the fireplace was on a timer. Everything else was fantastic.

Great location, very quiet. We had a water issue. The property manager sent maintenance out within minutes. We were able to move to the cabin right next door, that was very convenient. Great place to stay and management was excellent!!
