Property was clean and cozy and warm, however there is no WiFi which is a real issue.

The location is ideal for skiing yet the pictures of the place make it look way bigger. The management company has a lot of very strict rules and regulations. *If you don't report all damages in the property w/in 1 hr....* extra day guess would be penalized with a $1000 fine...

My family and I stayed at this cabin just after Christmas. We had to book it last minute as other plans fell through so we were grateful to find a place, albeit extremely overpriced (which I know is the norm during the holidays). All in all, the cabin is very functional although they take rustic to a whole new level. The furniture is very worn out, the lighting in the living room is terrible, there were no floor mats at either entrance so it was almost impossible not to get snow in the very tiny cabin, and there’s no heat upstairs. If management put just a bit of money into updating this cabin, it could be very cute. We had a couple minor issues while there but management was very quick to respond and rectify the situation. I was very impressed with Destination Big Bear and would book through them again, but I would not stay at this cabin again.

We stayed for my birthday and for Christmas, and we had a lovely time. The property was small and cozy with shops nearby.

The fireplace was not working and we never heard back from anyone about fixing it. The deck was covered in dirty snow and not usable on a sunny holiday weekend.

Location was good and space was comfortable. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap.

The place was a little bit smaller than the pictures made it seem and also didn’t have WiFi but other than that we all enjoyed it very much.
