Outdoor Living by Snow Summit! Pet Friendly! Fire Pit! Hot Tub! Large Fenced Yard!

We are return guests and continue to love this home! The location is fantastic, and the house is well-equipped and thoughtfully stocked. Our kids especially love the game room and the large yard—it’s always a highlight of our stay. The host is incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful, which makes everything seamless from start to finish.The only small suggestion would be to provide a few more towels and towels for the hot tub (though the listing does clearly note that hot tub towels aren’t provided, so no surprises there). Overall, this is a wonderful property and will absolutely remain our go-to rental for future Big Bear trips. Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful cabin for our family of 4 (plus 2 friends and in-laws) and our 2 dogs! Second time at this cabin and love all the attention to detail. We’ll be back!

This was the perfect home away from home for a family birthday weekend celebration! The house was very clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and dining. Having a big, fenced in yard was perfect for our pup to run around safely. The hot tub and fire pit were great for using in the cold evenings. The house is located on a very quiet street, very close to the downtown Village area with lots of shopping and dining. We found the two big couches to be comfy and allowed us all to sit and enjoy a fire in the wood burning fireplace. We especially loved how the home was decorated for Christmas! The beds were comfortable enough, and they had plenty of extra blankets and linens. Having the garage converted to a game room with a pool table and tons of games was a fantastic addition. We really had no complaints other than having to drive the trash to the recycle center, but it was very close and no big deal for us. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Very convenient to SS, pleasantly surprised by the amount of amply stocked amenities, including toiletries that on the generic description were not going to be supplied:body wash, shampoo, supply of coffee pods, etc. Spa was clean and easily accessible.Property was exactly as described, no A/C which is listed but open windows and very comfortable.

This home had everything and more. My dogs loved the backyard and we loved the whole house. Ample parking and great distance from the slopes.

This is ny second time staying here. Iove this place ans the location. The first time waa with friends and thia time waa my family and my teen kids.. we had a great time

A group of 8 of us met at this lovely home for a short getaway and snowboarding trip. The photos in the listing are very accurate. The location was close enough to walk to Snow Summit (we took the shuttle there and walked back). This home was well-appointed and had everything we needed. We took advantage of the hot tub, pool table and board games. Our dogs enjoyed exploring the enclosed backyard.

I can’t say enough about how great our trip was. We had six adults, age 40 to 80, and two children, age 3 and 7, and a pug. The house is laid out perfectly. The game room is actually what used to be the garage. It is located on one end of the house. Kitchen/living/dining in the middle. Four bedrooms all in a row down the hallway. The kids were able to be in bed but adults could stay up, tv, games, etc. The fenced in yard was great for both kids and our dog. We used the hot tub on the back deck everyday. The street has full size pine trees, very quiet. You’re 5 minutes away from snow summit. About a 20 minute walk into town or very quick drive. Also could walk to some of the hiking trails running begins snow summit. Literally everything we could have hoped for. It made for an excellent vacation! Also, shout out to Bella at Big Bear Destinations for being so communicative and helpful, and getting us into the house early! We would without a doubt rent this house again! The perfect mountain/lake/sking/himing/winter/NYE vacation for our family

The house is fine, pictures are accurate, beds comfortable. location is great too. The check in process with big bear and the property management company was terrible, They make you feel like you're a criminal trying to buy a gun. A lot of personal questions and photos needed to book, I felt very uncomfortable. Also very stingy on towels, soap, laundry soap, paper towels and funny enough not 1 cup in the house besides coffee mugs and massive assortment of alcohol glasses. in the end I wouldn't stay here again due to the property management, I think most of our complaints could be tracked back to them and not the home owners, I think to make the property better they need more towels so you dont have to do laundry every day, add some regular cups in the kitchen. get a tv in the master bigger than 12 in's and fix the horrible shower in the master (way too hard to explain but 7 people ended up just using the other shower which sucked)

Came for a weekend with 6 adults and our twins and toddler & could not be more pleased! The backyard was perfect for the little ones. They loved playing with rocks and just running around the trees. The fireplace and couches were heavenly- makes me want to buy the same couches for our home! TV was great, kitchen perfect, game room- fun! Bedrooms were a good size, too. Definitely adding Thai house to our favorites. Would love to come back again!

We absolutely loved this house. It felt like home from the minute you walked in the door. The game room was lots of fun! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. This will continue to be a place i rent from now on!

Five star house, host, and stay, in every way.

Overall the house was great. Accommodations were excellent. Lots of options for play if you never wanted to leave the home. Due to the recent Line Fire some of our plans changed but the town of Big Bear had a lot to offer.

Great trip! We were in Big Bear for a wedding and made it a girls weekend. We needed a 1 level, easy access home for grandma and this home was perfect. Super clean and had every kitchen utensil or small appliance you could think of. Instant pot to an air fryer. The game room and backyard were great and we loved feeding the blue jays. Everything was labeled and well stocked. Easy access to BB Blvd. and close to everything. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to others.

House was amazing! Great location, game room was perfect, enough kitchenware and extra blankets to keep warm! Highly recommended and will come back!!!
