Clean and good parking, host was informative about checking in and what the home had to offer

All good, kitchen good.

This is by far the best value in the area. My husband and I visited Sept, 2024. We never drove our vehicle in town, because everything was in walking distance. Very hilly terrain, so it was great exercise. Fred is an exceptional host. He told us that the internet was a hit or miss up there, so for most of the weekend we had a tech purge, that was my favorite part, practically no phone calls or text messages. We are definitely planning on making this one our frequent stays. The only recommendation I have is to bring your own food, because most of the town shuts down by 7pm.. Coming from Phx. HOT Arizona, this truly is a Summerhaven.

Perfect for 2 people or even a solo trip. Loved the location and how quiet it was. Perfect place to star gaze at night. Town is less then a 5 minute walk and there beautiful hiking trails close by. Will most definitely be going back.

Property was nice. However, getting into bed is a bit of a problem without a stepstool. Mattress (top) height for my wife was at waist level, hip level for me. Communication with the owner was tenuous at best. Views from the deck are fantastic, sky, cobalt blue, temps, great. JB

Needs new towells

This tiny home was perfect for my weekend getaway! Super cozy, super close to everything in summerhaven, it's got everything you need to relax on the mountain.

The location is great. Walking distance to sawmill restaurant, the general store etc. Great view. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. I will return.

Was a great place to stay within walking distance of restaurants. Deck was great was able to set up a table outside, loved it. Host was very communicative and i knew exactly where to go and how to get in.

Nice little property for 2 people. Fun to experience a tiny home. Everything was as described. Communication was good and responsive. Place was clean. Good view of the town and walking distance to restaurants and shopping.Will definitely try to stay again sometime.

Absolutely perfect location. Close to town and to hiking and restaurants. Easy parking and entry.

Enjoyed our stay!

The location was really a highlight since you can see the downtown area. The tiny house was well equipped. It was a lot of fun!

Little confusion about entering the Tiny House. A few things you will have to do upon your arrival. Wasn't hard but a little confusing. We had a nice stay.

Tiny, indeed, but we're used to small spaces. Kitchen minimally stocked but sufficient. Porch adds some living space in nice weather. Location great: close to town and to hiking trails. Phone check-in could be replaced by an email, but I did have a nice chat with the owners.

We are in our 70's. The bed was so high for us to get in it. A little stool or something would been nice to help us get up there. We both have bad backs. We were not informed of all the steps which was very hard on us caring our belongs. And that sofa or what ever it was so uncomfortable for sitting on with our bad back. .we did love watching the birds a we had a couple of friendly lizzards.

The original Mt. Lemmon tiny home is a little bit of paradise amongst the serene landscape of Summerhaven and Mt. Lemmon. The property was easy to find and conveniently located adjacent to local shopping and restaurants, while the summit was within a short drive for great hiking options. The tiny home was well equipped for maintaining a comfortable climate indoors, having a fully functional kitchen, and to ensure a good night's rest. I couldn't have asked for better accommodations during my stay in Summerhaven and would be happy to stay again soon!

It definitely is a tiny home, but it has everything you need and also in the heart of Summerhaven.I think perfect location. Just a quick walk to the store/food etc. Definitely would stay here again.
