Oregon Coast, Port Orford, Cabin - Walk to Beaches

Cozy cottage. Wish we had more time to enjoy it. Nicely renovated and decorated. Comfortable beds. Thoughtfully stocked with items of convenience.

We arrived after dark, easy entry with the code….very convenient locations, clean and comfortable.We left early to continue our drive down the coast and had a delicious breakfast in Port Orford on our way out.

Great stay in a cute town! Everything was clean and the coffee pods were a nice touch.

House and host are great, we hope to do a stay every summer.

This suited us perfectly as we wanted to travel to Secret Beach and the Redwoods. Clean and comfortable (beds were comfortable). Communication was great. Laundry was nice to have and owners had nice little extras for guests (coffee, cream, toothbrushes).

This house was the perfect size for a girls trip! The house was very clean & cute. Everything was very well stocked! The location was perfect & close to many beachs and hiking activities.

This was the perfect experience for me and my family. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. They had everything we could have needed and were very thoughtful in their decor and amenities. Plus, they must be a coffee person because they even had a French press along with plenty of options for Keurig. I wish we had stayed longer!

I am happy to recommend this lovely vacation house in Port Orford. The house has three bedrooms and one bath, and is conveniently located for a bunch of different recreational opportunities in the area, including hiking, fishing, beach combing and sunset watching. The house was squeaky clean and communication from the host was excellent. Port Orford and its surroundings are a scenic wonder. Thanks so much to the host for providing this lovely home for our vacation.

We spent several days exploring the California and Oregon coast. Out of variety of places we stayed, this was by far the nicest. Rick was fabulous at keeping me informed on the home. The house was sparkling clean. There was room to eat and play games around the kitchen table. The house was well stocked including an ironing board, beach toys, and bonus hot chocolates my kids enjoyed. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Arrived at the property after 10:00 PM. Property is cute and well maintained. Walked in to the property and initially checked the whole place . First thing I noticed was a bowl and a spoon in the sink and dirty air vents. No biggie since I just put it at the dishwasher. The bed was comfortable and we all slept good. We woke up late and having just one bathroom was an issue because there were 6 people trying to do their stuff. We finally left after 10AM and I got a text that we need to leave because the cleaner has been waiting to clean it. I politely replied that we already left and that was the end of it. Overall, this property is perfect for a small party. Cleaner needs to be more thorough cleaning it and preparing the place spotless for the next guest to enjoy. Air vents should also be cleaned especially for tired people who have pulmonary issues. As for this stay, I give this a 4.5/5.

Booked this property due to the 5-star ratings and high marks on cleanliness which is number 1 for us. We found this property to not be as clean as was stated which was very disappointing. The ad for this property does not state that there is another rental property directly beside / behind the unit we rented. We were under the impression that the house we rented was the only rental on the property. We were never sure who was coming and going in the property so close to ours, so we were a little uncomfortable. We ended up leaving a day early.

We stayed one night, as part of our journey home up the coast. The property was easy to find and was very welcoming to us weary travelers. The beds were comfy and the home met our needs.
