“Blue Quill” (Every cabin is named after a fly pattern.)

Cabins 23-25 and 30 are all identical. They sit at the base of “Lookout Point” in perhaps the most peaceful off-river setting on the resort property. These

Stayed Aug 20, 2025The cabin was what we’re looking for. Nice bed, a full kitchen and nice sofa. It was a little warm during the day as it didn’t have ac, but it’s a cabin and we enjoyed staying there.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The mountainous location is beautiful. Our one bedroom cabin with a kitchen was basic, with older carpet and furnishings, but offered what e needed as a base camp. The bathroom was a little updated and the shower was wonderful. The front porch and charcoal grill were nice. You can almost never use fires in Colorado anymore because if the extreme fire danger, so that's not available.

It has been a peaceful respite for us and the area is absolutely beautiful.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three Rivers Resort and Cabin 23 were an absolute dream! The property is stunning and the perfect access point to everything the Gunnison Valley has to offer. Our cabin was comfortable, clean, and the spot of spot you want to relax at after fishing and hiking. And you can’t beat the location within the resort either, it felt private while having access to everything you could need or want. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was delicious and exactly what we wanted at the end of long days.

Reviewer Comments: We just stayed one night, such a great place, we are going to return next summer and stay a few nights. We want to hear the live music on Thursday night and hang out and have dinner at the BBQ outside deck, what a neat place.
