Stayed May 22, 2025Great layout inside beautiful wrap around porch with stunning views. Very well equipped inside, comfortable furniture and bedding. Peak Property Management is very easy to work with. We boated and fished Blue Mesa Reservior and Taylor Reservior. Rafted the Gunnison River and had an overall wonderful family time.

Stayed Apr 18, 2024This house is amazing! I want to hire the contractor that updated it. We had 6 guys up for an annual fishing trip. It was our 10th year coming to the Gunnison/Crested Butte area. We’ve stayed in hotels and other houses in the area, but never again. It was unanimous that this one was our favorite accommodations. Perfect location, gorgeous setting, and incredible attention to detail. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed Mar 10, 2024Awesome rental and perfect for our family Spring Break Trip. House was spotless and included everything we needed. Words cannot describe the beautiful views. We were close to both Gunnison and Crested Butte for skiing. We enjoyed lazy evenings by the fire place. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Stayed Nov 22, 2023This property is so nice. Everything was so clean and well prepared. So many details to ensure comfort was included. Really nice bedding, bathrooms, living space and kitchen. We loved our stay. As a group of 4 adults and 4 kids and two dogs we fit great and had a spare bed. The table was large for dinners and family game night.
