Oceanfront Modern Cabin in Manzanita – Steps from the Sand, Ocean Views

This is a very cozy cottage and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The owners are very responsive too.

The cabin is ideally situated across from the beach and within walking distance of a variety of village restaurants and shops. The multilevel floor plan allows enough separation of space to promote privacy while simultaneously providing multiple indoor and outdoor space for communal gathering. The house is well stocked with cookware and linens plus a washer and dryer. It was the perfect middle meet up for our families from Alaska and Georgia.

Great house and location. The driveway is really steep and my car couldn't make it down without scraping, but there are parking spots out front so it wasnt an issue. Very clean, nicely decorated with a good assortment of kitchen equipment. Fantastic view and beach access. We'd definitely book this house again.

Perfect cozy cottage right by the beach! My group of ladies really enjoyed our time here. It's close enough to town to walk to grab lunch, but on a quiet enough street that we felt we had privacy. Beds were comfortable, bedding was quality, including the bunks!

Perfect place to stay in Manzanita. Great spot for the teenagers to hang out downstairs. 2nd time here and hope to return.

Bigger than we realized from orig seeing it from street.. so well stocked and organized.. love the set up of things... fantastic views... kitchen had everything we needed.... Be carefull getting into the big shower..mustve been some cleaning residue...very slippery but after that.. no problems/fantastic..those heated floors in there...super lush...Thanks for sharing your lovely home!!!Fantastic view

The house was as listed, better than photos appeared. It was a very well equipped kitchen, overall the house had all we needed to for a lovely visit. It’s a great location for easy access to the beach, the views were spectacular, unfortunately being at street level the view was blocked from time to time by vehicles parked on the beach side of the street.

Great house and amazing location.

The cabin was just okay. The communication from the property manager was not very warm and friendly - lots of rules and regulations for the stay which seemed a little over the top. We thought being right on the beach would be a nice perk but you end up with a ton of cars parked basically right outside the front door and people walking by constantly. The listing claims it sleeps 10, but 6 of those beds are bunk beds in an open room with no door. The furniture is all kind of cheap-looking. The kitchen is described as gourmet, but it also wasn't very well stocked. Over priced and hyped for what it is, needs some updates and a refresh inside or some personal touches to make it feel a bit more inviting.

What a fantastic property right on the beach in Manzanita. The cozy cabin is spacious, modern, light, and wonderfully laid out. My wife and I and my 85 year old dad stayed in the two rooms upstairs - and having two bathrooms upstairs worked wonderfully also. My two young adult daughters stayed downstairs in the bunk room. There is a large bathroom and nice living area down there which we didn't really use but would be wonderful if you had a full house or a bunch of kids staying downstairs. All in all...the house is fantastic! Our favorite thing was just enjoying the beautiful ocean views from either of the two patios. We cooked in, barbecued and enjoyed meals out as well. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather which helped as well. It was cold enough a couple of the mornings to enjoy the wood fireplace which always adds to the ambiance and feels so cozy! This was definitely one of our favorite VRBO's ever. Absolutely recommend! Would be fun any time of year. And we just loved Manzanita so much! Such a quaint, peaceful and beautiful beach town - much calmer and more beautiful in our opinion than Cannon Beach, Seaside, Gearhart, etc. Can't wait to be in Manzanita again sometime!
