Easy check in and entry. Place was a bit smaller than looks. Community type place with the fireplace and beach separate from cottage. Owner was excellent with communication and service. Thank you, Todd
We made a last minute decision to head up North this August and this cabin & location were absolutely perfect! Tom was a wonderful help with everything we needed and the cabin was clean and an ideal spot for a family trip. We were so pleased and will definitely come back to this very cabin next year and hopefully for many years to come!
Very clean. Communication with host was timely and thorough.
Just returned home from a wonderful 6 days of relaxation, fishing and doing nothing. The cabin was beautiful, the view was fantastic ! The cabin was very clean and the perfect size for two adults and one grandson, that had to fish every night. The beach was wonderful, spend many afternoons playing in the sand, And the fire pit at night is a must. The host Tom kept in touch and said if we needed anything please call. Rented a pontoon boat from bubbas boats and had it delivered to the dock right outside the door.
Great north woods experience. Thanks!!
Tom’s cabin was great! It was right off of Boom Lake just outside of Rhinelander. We seen beautiful sunsets and caught fish right off the dock. The beach was very nice as well. We would highly recommend Tom’s cabin and we would definitely go there again. Great family memories!!
The cabin was cute, very clean, and the location was perfect as it was close to town and right on the water. My family enjoyed fishing from the dock and kayaking in the bay. My teenage son caught many small panfish from the pier and loved swimming in the beach area. There was abundant wildlife present. The cabin was very well stocked and included everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. When we arrived, I realized that my husband lived in one of the cabins on Annie Lane when he was in college, so this stay brought back many memories for both of us. The host was very attentive, and the instructions given to us were detailed. We would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay with our family of 7! Nice location, not too far from town, nice shared beach, and right on the water! The cabin was equipped with the essentials, and the beds were comfortable. The owner, Tom was very receptive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!
All the comforts of home in this cozy cabin by the lake. We enjoyed the comfy chairs and windows facing the water. A fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill to whip up our favorites meals. Perfect family getaway with plenty of room for our adult children.
My two sisters and I returned to the area nine years after my sister sold her cabin on Lake Mildred. We were so happy to find this cabin. Everything about it was great - the location, layout of the cabin, amenities, communication, cleanliness - Everything!! We will definitely return!
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was comfortable and clean
Cabin was clean and comfortable, providing everything we could possibly need. Great master bedroom with private bath and additional two bedrooms and second bathroom. Deck for morning coffee and evening beverages. Great sandy beach with raft for the kids and large fire pit close to the cabin. Enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. Would definitely recommend this property!
The cabin was spacious yet cozy. We spend the weekend playing on the beach, kayaking and grilling. Perfect peaceful get away for our family.
Loved soaking up all of the lake life: perfect view from the comfortable living room recliners and couch, great outdoor seating options and picnic table, just steps to the dock where we launched our kayaks and took in the sunset, and a short walk to the communal fire pit and beach. We made fires/s’mores 2 times and we were the only ones at the fire pit. We also went star gazing twice at the beach and took in the Perseid meteor shower. The association has several cabins and people were very friendly. We liked having 3 locations to enjoy: the cabin, the beach, and the fire pit with Adirondack chairs. We picked up frozen meals from Joe’s Pasty Shop twice - delicious! We also enjoyed 2 lunches at CT’s Deli (and their cookies were tasty too). We went to Minoqua for walking on the Bearskin State Trail and the waterski show (both excellent). We had a fantastic week of family time at this well-stocked and comfortable lake cabin up north!
This was a very nice cabin that had lots of new and updated amenities! We had a beautiful view of the lake with access to all of our water activities. The host was more than accommodating to all of our needs and was very easy to communicate with. Lots of fun memories created!
Enjoyed a quiet week at this cabin. The beach was nice, fishing and kayaking good. Just a short drive to Minoqua or Eagle River
This was our second year at the cabin. We love the views of the water. We saw deer, an Eagle, Loons, and ducks most days. We also had one great day fishing. Super quiet and peaceful. The owner “Tom” is easy to work with. We’re coming back next summer.
6 day stay. Easy to get to. Far enough from town to be away from the busyness. Fishing was great. So much to do on the water and near-by towns. Even had a few deer come right up to the cabin. Working with Tom was great. Quick clear communication. 5 stars all day long.
This is the 3rd year our little family of 3 has stayed at this same neighborhood in Rhinelander and it is the perfect location for us- our little guy loves the immediate private sandy beach access to the lake, my husband likes the kayaking, and me? Well i enjoy the view with a good book and some wine. A few things that really stuck out about this years rental- communication was pretty much the best we've ever had on VRBO. I feel like I am always bugging the host for final details, but Tom had everything we needed about 3+ days before- perfect. We also really loved this cabin- it was just the right size for us, had 2 bathrooms, and was right on the lake with big picture windows just gorgeous! We will definitely stay again. You do need to bring your own towels and linens and things, but this was clearly communicated so we were prepared. Other than that , the cabin had more than everything we needed! An absolutely perfect stay- can't wait for next year!
Co-workers and I stayed here for some out of town work and a little R&R. Cabin and location was perfect. Hope to do it again in the future!
