Enter the home through the garage or via the covered front steps and stone foyer. What we love most about this property is the bright, open great room with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of Martis Valley, as well as the separate hangout space for the kids. In winter, enjoy the Northstar shuttle routefor easy lift access (and no parking hassle!). In the summer, enjoy being a mile from world-class mountain biking and within walking distance of valley trails and golf. Cozy up by the three fireplaces and enjoy a movie, play a game, or take a soak in the private hot tub after an active day out in the Sierras. Your stay includes guest access to the Northstar Recreation Amenities, including the clubhouse with a gym, heated pool, multiple spas, tennis, pickleball, and a game room, at a cost of $10 per person per day. This home is family-friendly and suitable for 1-2 families or 3 couples to share.
