Stayed Aug 8, 2025We took a group of teenagers on a weeklong trip to Legacy Lakeside and had a fantastic time. We stayed in the Northstar cabin and were very pleased with it and with the owners. They were very responsive and friendly. The whole resort was clean and beautifully maintained. The beach area was great and our kids enjoyed the kayaking and wakeboarding. A very peaceful location for a getaway. Only 1 bar of cell service but that was a positive in my book. It kept the teenagers from their devices and enjoying the experience. We plan to come back again next year with extended family. Highly recommended for families and friends!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Great location, clean and clear lake, and very welcoming and accommodating staff. The beach and provided water items (kayaks, paddle board, paddle boats) all worked well and were easy to access. The gym on site had pickle ball, basket ball and ski ball, all of which helped keep the little ones entertained. There’s a dock on site to store your boat, or a ramp a couple miles down the road if you want it out of the water. Fishing was good, the cabin was clean and the bunks and bedding were clean and orderly
