North Georgia Mtn Escape w/ Hot Tub & Games!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was clean + comfy and had so much ample space for hanging. Two living rooms! The hot tub was great and Cyndi, the owner, was helpful and attentive. Everything was smooth and lovely! We can't wait to come back

I have been renting for 12 years. GA, TN, NC. I have met many great hosts. This by far, is the best. The cabin is clean, beds so comfy I didn't want to leave. Her daughter also now makes homemade treats delivered to the cabin. They were so amazing I ordered a second batch! Highly recommend this place for the game room, space, cleanliness, location, outdoor and indoor fire, hot tub, and now my new favorite reason, delivered treats! Better than you can buy in town. What more do you need? Nothing. This place is perfect!

We came to Helen to have a fun family 4 day weekend for Fall Break. We use VRBO for most of our trips simply because we have a large family of 9. I always read the reviews about the property before deciding on our choice. This cabin was absolutely wonderful for our family!! We had ample space for the kids to play games and the owners provided a Foozball table, air hockey, large checkers table and an adorable table and chairs with a fish theme perfect for card games. There were tv’s in every room so no fighting over what to watch in the evening and they have nailed the chic cabin rustic theme. The curtain rods were tree branches , rockers on the front porch and special detailed touches that made it feel homey. There was a Hot Tub on the back porch that was perfect for the first cool nights of Fall and an area for nightly bonfires. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better set-up and the owners were lightening fast to help with any issues that arose. If your going to Helen, Ga this is a fantastic place to call home for a few days!!

The cabin was amazing. Beautiful property. Everyone had a great time and bragged on how well we did choosing the cabin and the area for the trip!

Cyndi is an awesome host. She reached out before our trip and during to make sure we had everthung we needed and knew where we were going. The house is amzing. The pictures dont do it justice. It is even bigger in person. The hit tub was amazing, there is even a projector you can set up. We watched a movie while outside. The fire pit, the games, etc. We have been to a lot of cabins over the past 10 years, this one by far has been my favorite. From the rocming shairs in the front porch to the metal roof out back listening to the rain. Truly a great plaace! Oh and the beds......i wanted to take them home. So comfortable.

We stayed with our 5 kids ages 16-6 and had a great time! The cabin had everything we needed and there was a ton of space to spread out. We really liked the multiple living room setup so that different age groups could watch their own thing. The porch is just amazing and we spent a lot of time out there. It was very clean which we also really appreciated.

We enjoyed our trip. The cabin was beautiful with alot of things made out of wood. Very impressive to see it. But there was some down falls. The Front porch and back porch was filthy. All the furniture outside was dusty. There are 3 beds upstairs but no bathroom so You will have to go up and down the stairs to use the bathroom downstairs. Don't like that. Also there's 2 doors in the front but 1 is nail were you cant use. I think its a safely issue because there only one way out the front. The Refrigerator was not working. We called and she sent someone out. But after that a few days it went out again. Since we were getting ready to leave the next day. We just didn't bother calling her back. In the hot water doesn't stay hot for long if it's more than 3 people using it. Also the stove burner has a mind of his own. If all these things would be fixed and update the Appliances I think it can be a wonderful place to stay.

Overall perfect

Our stay was enjoy property was beautiful, we had a couple bumps our first night, but the property manager was quick to get it resolved. The rest of our stay was pleasant and would recommend this property for a get away. It was close to so many activities that the grandkids really loved.

As soon as we arrived we fell in love with this place. They took time to decorate for Christmas and left us some hot cocoa and s’mores to enjoy by the fire. The only issue we had was the hot tub wasn’t working when we got there but host responded quickly and it was fixed within the hour. The younger adults enjoyed the game room while us ol’ folks enjoyed the warm fireplace. We will definitely be back again.

First day was good. But than the water went out for a whole night. Most of my family had to leave for home. Only my wife and I stayed back. Need to see if I can get some refunds

This home is so beautiful. Hot tub very clean. The fire pit and all games were appreciated! The BRs excellent! Bathrooms small but newer fixtures!! Kitchen/Living room New appliances and furniture in great shape! Only issues: water not hot. Luke warm at best! Found child clothing in living room and back pouch. Bathroom sink in Bunk room leaked. Overall this is a gem.

Was a very peaceful mountain location. Close to hiking, waterfalls, and the town of Helen. Having the game room was a bonus!
