Newly Built Home! 5 Minutes to Pigeon Forge!

Absolutely beautiful set up. Nice linens and beautifully decorated!

Had the best weekend and enjoyed the house so much.

Rental came with a few starter supplies but only 1 trash bag. More basic cleaning supplies (trash bags, broom, mop) would have been helpful. There’s an efficient washer/dryer combo that was terrible! It took over 6 hours to complete a cycle, was super loud, & didn’t dry clothes well. There are no towels & no steps to get in the hot tub. Also, the jets didn’t work great and the filter kept popping out. The porch swing didn’t feel safe & was hung slanted. There’s some type of sink hole near the fire pit which was concerning. Bring your own firewood. Driveway is shared with another rental but there’s plenty of room. There’s a tv in the living room & very small tvs in each bedroom. They did have some streaming services which was nice. There were barely any utensils and the coffee maker is a tiny 5 cup pot. For this type of rental, a nice coffee maker and more utensils should be included. Master bed had a metal frame that creaked every time you moved & was frustrating to sleep on. The doors didn’t close well and made loud noises. The bedrooms did come with luggage holders but no dressers. The bunk beds were right by the back door so the kids didn’t want to use them. There was little to no water pressure in the showers, & the master bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper holder or towel holder. Bathrooms did have a nice shelf to set all your stuff. Overall, a clean house but needs some basic supplies and fixes to make it great.

Everything was very nice and clean. I would definitely go back there again. The only thing I wish there was some closets or somewhere to hang your clothes. Other than that I think it’s great.

Cozy cabin.It was private but very close to all of the activities including Dollywood. We enjoyed it and had a great time.

What a lovely bright cheery peaceful place! Location is close to everything but doesn’t feel like it! Very clean. Host was super responsive! Well considered kitchen supplies. Minimal but I loved not having tons of extra stuff to weed through!!! Could have used a mixing bowl and drink pitcher but could have gotten if we needed. Closet bunks worked fine for the 17yo boys! Definitely would stay there again!!! Thanks, hosts!!

Everything was as described. Close to all shops, events, activities. Family friendly. Host was quick on responses and professional. The only issue we had was that there were no closets to hang clothes. I had to go buy a clothes rack.

I’m 65 and this is only the 2nd time I’ve ever written a review, buttttttttt I have to say that the 4:00 check in and the EXTREME PRESSURE to be out by 10am was a bit much !Never will my wife and I stay there again! And whoever reads this review I’m not kidding about the check out , 4 emails and texts making sure !

Everything was lovely. Only thing I have to say is this place sleeps up to 6 people. They only have an enough silverware for 3 people. The property was nice. We did not have shower curtains when we first arrived but reached out and they were installed the next day for us.

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures—truly a lovely place to stay! The bed was very soft, though I personally prefer a firmer mattress. One thing to note is that there’s no closet available, so adding a space to hang clothes or larger TV stands with storage would be helpful, as the current ones are too small to hold clothing cubes. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need, though we didn’t cook during our stay. My daughters especially enjoyed the game table, which was a great addition. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a few small improvements that could make it even better!

This was my 2nd trip to Pigeon Forge in the last year and also using Magnolia for our rental. Everything went smoothly from booking the day prior to arriving, the instructions and they are always there if you need them. Meadow Mist is on a quiet block tucked away off the Parkway but only minutes to get out into the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. The house had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend using Magnolia for a enjoyable experience with the peace of mind that they are only a phone call or text away if you need them.

Property is as listed. Need to fix the electronic front door lock. Repeatedly required entry of code 5-6 times when we entered. Coffee cups and better coffeemaker would be great. Silverware set for 6 is incomplete. Everything else is great; mattresses, hot tub, dining table. My granddaughter lost her Christmas money in the bunk bed. I text the person to ask if they would look for it. Crickets…..

We enjoyed our stay. Property is newly built and beautifully decorated. We all loved the hot tub and used it every night. Appreciated the starter items in the bathrooms and kitchen. I would have liked to had coffee cups and some more baking pans. We always cook breakfast and have coffee at the house, and dine out for lunch & dinner. Location is great. Not up the side of a mountain, so everything is easily accessible. Would stay here again in the future.

Check in was easy, and the house was clean and inviting just as the pictures show. The location is great as well, and the host was friendly, responded quickly, and easy to communicate with. My family enjoyed our stay and would recommend!
