Newly Built 5BD Lodge w/ Theater! Hot Tub + GAMES

Last moment they canceled cabin 5 PM CST almost reached, kept us in risky situation, we were without accommodation till Mid night. 8 adults and 6 kids were outside midnight without accommodation. Expedia have to validate agencies and property owners quality before listing Reaching out to agencies to to take appropriate action on this incident

Overall the cabin was very spacious and accommodating for our family getaway. The hot tub was a big hit with the younger kids. The host was very prompt to answer any questions and address any issues that we had. The location was just the right distance to get away from the busy nightlife of the strip, but still just a short drive from everything!

Great cabin, close proximity to Dollywood and many attractions and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Cabin. We were very pleased with the cabin. Very clean and modern. The A/C was excellent. We enjoyed the movie room and shuffleboard, as well as the pool table and hot tub.

Excellent cabin! Cabin is very nice and can easily accommodate larger families.

House was sizable for a group of 8. Would be good up to 11 people - can’t imagine more than that squeezing in. Parking is an issue - it seems 3 different houses all think the parking spaces belongs to them, which is confusing and stressful. If this was really 16 people I don’t know where you would park your cars. Check in process was not smooth. Self check-in with a code that didn’t work. Needed to wait a significant time for an updated code. Not sure if the code was changed or just mistake in transmission. Everything seemed to be maintained at the bare minimum levels. 1 trash bag - asked for more… you need to buy them. 1 washing pod providedVery worn out pool table feltBatteries in TV remote so weak you needed to be within 1 ft of tv to work (though it was broken initially)No tissues providedSoap dispensers all filled to about 10% of capacity. 1 of 4 stove burners didn’t workAll the pots were scraped upMost things were clean. But…Unfolded a sleep sofa with a dirty sheet (lots of hair and lint on it)Black mold on shower trimI understand this is a business, but the level of cheapness here felt weird to me and unlike previous Vrbo experiences.

No complaints here. Everything was smooth and our trip was wonderful!

It was a very clean cabin. The space was more than we needed but gave everyone room to breath. I would highly recommend for a large family or group. The only issue was parking. The parking spot for the cabin is behind and down the hill. We would unload at the front door and then move the cars.

We had a great time! The internet went out for a bit and the host was very responsive and kind even though it was late!

Very comfortable and clean. Perfect for our group size.Lots of dishes and cookware. Teens (7) had a great time. Highly recommend and will likely rebook for next year.

What a great family cabin! From Grandparents to grand kids… everyone loved this space! Very convenient to the highlights of Pigeon Forge, too. Our host made communicating easy and they were super responsive. 10/10 stars!

The house was wonderfully located to all near attractions. We loved how well stocked the kitchen was.The house was spacious and very comfortable for entire group. Highly recommend this rental

I love the location on the southern end of the parkway. Located within a mile and half off parkway seemed to be less traffic on southern end. All rooms were very clean. Over all great stay

Overall stay was great.Just a few things that i wanted to mention there's no closet for master bedroom on mane floor so you will not get to hang your clothes. There was no kitchen towels/ dish cloth and not enough bathing cloths.I know it says pool / hot tub there's no pool here just a little misleading, l was very disappointed in that. Other than that everything was good especially the beds!

The lock to get in and out was a little confusing and difficult to operate. There was a spider’s nest with eggs in one of the hideaway beds and some minor stains on some of the blankets. Overall the cabin was enjoyable and the owners were very responsive and helpful.

Our family of 14 enjoyed a very comfortable stay at the VRBO rental in Pigeon Forge. The property was in a very convenient location, about 10 minutes from Dollywood. Our grandchildren and children enjoyed the all the games in the home like the pool table, the shuffleboard, movie theatre and the hot tub. We cooked all our meals there and everything worked great. Everything worked perfect in giving us a wonderful vacation

Great place for a large family. We all really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location as well.

The cabin was roomy and very clean, grandkids didn’t really want to go and sightsee and do things because they enjoyed the pool table and hot tub and movie night. We did get them out for awhile to see things , we had to bribe them with ice cream out . Definitely will stay there again!

We had a great time! Beds were comfortable. We loved having movie night with the grandchildren in the theater room. It's in a great location! So convenient to everything! There were a couple of areas in the cabin that weren't clean but overall it was an excellent experience. Would definitely stay again!

Nice, spacious rooms, easy to find, not far from main parkway

We had a great stay for a long weekend with family. We had a large group of 14, 7 adults and 7 children ranging from 7 years old to 13 years old. We had plenty of space for everyone! We loved having so many bathrooms and comfortable beds for all and the kids loved the hot tub and all the entertainment in the house. The cabin is close to Dollywood and all the fun in Pigeon Forge. We would definitely book again!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this cabin and its host! Justin was an awesome host who communicated everything we needed to know to make our stay pleasant. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. This beautiful cabin was only 1-2 miles from the strip, very convienent location. It was VERY clean and VERY well stocked with all our kitchen needs. I highly recommend this cabin and its host!

This cabin is wonderful! We have 11 in our family and this cabin had more than enough room. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. We can't wait until we can stay here again.
