Stayed Sep 18, 2025The hot tub and fire pit were fantastic. We had a gorgeous weekend of weather and fall colors. The house is “walkable“ into town, but it is a very long walk! Definitely not walkable for kids or older people. The rooms were set up well for extended family and the kitchen was well appointed.

Stayed Sep 11, 2025Wonderful place with all amenities. Good for family/pets. Our adult group demanded more separate sleeping spaces, especially with closets. Outdoor spaces were great, especially fire pit. Hot tub was a bit overchlorinated.

Stayed May 16, 2025Overall we had a great stay. The hottub at this property broke last minute so the hosts were able to accommodate us at another property. House was very nice. The only thing that could have made the stay better was the cleanliness of the kitchen. The oven was unusable from how dirty it was inside and smoking. So the food we brought to cook went to waste. The hosts did accommodate a later check out for us which was appreciated. Would recommend these hosts!

Stayed Feb 7, 2025This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 5 children. It was clean, cozy, and very well stocked. The view of HV slopes in the distance was beautiful. It’s super close to Holimont and HV! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after skiing!! The house had many games available and the kids loved the big table game in the basement. Wonderful hosts and we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024After a mere 16 years, I finally convinced family to come up for the Fall Fest festivities and this house was the cherry on top. It is in a great location to the main hub of Ellicottville, easy walking distance or a super cheap Uber ride. Even to Holiday Valley, the walk is super doable. The house was big enough with extra room for 12 adults and a dog. While the open concept is awesome for the views, it is a little loud for anyone sleeping on the second floor. But that wouldn’t deter me from renting again. Dean and Vickie were great hosts. And I’d like to thank them again for their hospitality. Looking forward to making this an annual event!

Stayed Mar 3, 2024Came up here my family and dogs for some early-spring skiing. This house was PERFECT for our needs. The kids had a blast with the games and extra family room, the dogs had plenty of windows & quiet walks to enjoy, and us adults enjoyed relaxing in this wonderful & comfortable home when we weren't out on the slopes!
