New Mountain Modern Home

We love this property! We have a large group and have stayed together in Brian Head for years. We have stayed at many of the large cabins, and this one is by far our favorite. The kitchen is huge and so well stocked. We had an issue with the fridge, and Ryan had it replaced within a day. The best part is actually having enough dining space to feed everyone and play games together. Having a real fireplace is so fun and the cabin is just very comfortable in general. No steap driveways or super icy walkways so it feels very safe for older family members and kids. The backyard is actually big enough for the kids to play safely. The location is ideal-- far enough away from main roads to have privacy but literally 5-7 minutes from everywhere. If you're considering this property, book it!

Ryan is an amazing host who is very responsive and extremely accommodating. The house is magnificent and comfortable.

This house is so spacious, clean and modern. It is a 5 minute drive to the Navajo lodge for skiing. Our group had a great time and was very comfortable. The host was very responsive. It is wonderful place to stay.

We stay here every year over the holidays. This home is large enough to fit the whole family, and is a very modern upscale home. The master bathrooms have steam showers, and the Sauna is a huge hit every year. We never have any problems with the home! The host is super responsive and very understanding. I can't imagine any other place to spend the holidays with the family!

Cabin was great !

We rented this house for our destination micro wedding and it far and beyond exceeded expectations. As beautiful as the online photos are, they absolutely do not do the property justice and we were blown away by both the house and the views. The host is very personable and prompt with responses, even with questions before we booked. Overall a wonderful experience!

The location, space, sleeping arrangement and layout of this cabin is excellent. Our family had a wonderful time. It would have been nice to have a working vacuum to cleanup.

We stayed at this beautiful house with 3 other families and it was the perfect stay! Enough bedrooms for everyone and spacious enough that we could all spread out. Very comfortable and clean. Would stay here again!

We have loved staying at this cabin. This is our second stay and I’m sure we’ll come again. The host is great to work with and the cabin is well kept. There is plenty of room for a large group and the kids really enjoyed staying there as well. It is very close to the ski resort and local stores and shops.

This is the 2nd time our large family has stayed at this property. It is perfect for us. We live in Vegas and come to the snow for the Thanksgiving holidays. There is plenty of room here for our crew of over 40, from babies to adults. The teens and some adults love to go hit the slopes on Friday and Saturday, while the little kids love to sled. Two huge tables seat 10 each, so it's perfect to feed all the kids and send them to play downstairs or in the hot tub, while the adults eat. We love this cabin. The owners are so nice and so good to work with. The cabin has everything you need and lots of space spread between 3 floors, so it wasn't overwhelming even with a ton of people. The main family room on the main floor was plenty big enough for our family lip sync contest/talent show. We couldn't recommend this place more if you have a large group. It is a couple of minutes to Brianhead. There is a fireplace, hot tub, and sauna that we enjoyed, as well as a large loft that the older kids used as a game room. Definitely five starts!

We rented this place because we saw that it could accommodate many people and we were planning a friends & family weekend of fun. The house is gorgeous. It was spacious and there were different rooms for different vibes. For example, the game room was perfect for everybody playing games, the living room was perfect to socialize and the open area upstairs was perfect to take some time for yourself and recharge if you’re an introvert. We had a wonderful time and did our best to respect the property. The host was very communicative and kind. We will never forget the amazing time we had at this property and over the weekend. We also did field games outside in the backyard. Even with the rocks and pebbles, it was a flat open area for us to have some fun and do potato sack races/hula hoop relays, etc. Overall, we had a phenomenal time I would love to go back.
