The cabin is for 8 to 10 people, only enough silverware for 4, Numerous items need to be repaired. No bath mats or kitchen rags. Side pocket of pool table has hole in it so balls fall through. Video game not working correctly. None of the pool cues had tips. Only one set of towels. Fan in upstairs loft has bearing going out. Could not stand the noise if we turned it on. One light over pool table burned out. Light in refridg has short. have to wiggle light for it to turn on. Big rip is bench seat at kitchen table. One of the pool balls was chipped and would not roll Upstairs door lock would not lock. Down stairs room is set up wrong. the couch and love seat are sitting under TV and could not watch it. Video game needs to be moved to where couch and love seat are now. Kitchen chairs and bench are very unconvertable to sit in. Only half a roll of paper towels was in cabin. Toilet paper was single ply. Blinds on windows not working. The bath towels are this size somewhere between a hand towel and a bath towel. The quality of them is very poor.l Over all this whole cabin needs to walked through and checked for items that need to be repaired or replaced. We have stayed at many cabins in Wares valley, by far this is at the bottom of the list. You can tell this is ran by corporation or a property management that does not walk through and check their cabins.

NOT a premier host. Many items not working or missing or broken. Obviously not maintained (owner & maintenance man had claimed ‘no clue’ to the condition of the property!) We spent too much time on the phone each day reporting newly discovered issues instead of enjoying the mountains. It’s also right next to 3 other identical units so no privacy. Would definitely NOT recommend this place.

The kitchen was not cleaned properly. Stepped on a small rusty nail coming down the steps. Also the hut tub was not working properly.

Overall cabin was satisfactory. But needs some maintenance tlc.Kitchen was very limited with decent cookware, especially skillets, spatulas, tongs. Only 1 out of 4 10 in fry pans usable and it was warped! Not very chef friendly at all. An Inventory review is strongly encouraged. Glad I brought a small skillet from home! I am sorry to say The queen bed sucked, needs replaced. The top dressor drawer in queen room broken and beds log frame needs repair. There are nails lifting on the hot tub deck. (Safety hazard). I/we would not choose this cabin area again. Danas mom in laws review. Angie

Check-in and out was a very easy process. Great the cabin had childproof things (gates for the steps, doorknobs covers). The cabin was clean. It’s WAY up in the mtn — if your first time visiting be sure to use caution, there are no guardrails and steep roads heading to the cabin. Wish there was a guestbook in the cabin to view what attractions/restaurants others liked…but the owner was great offering suggestions and the town is full of coupon books to find ideas too. When heading to Gatlinburg, would suggest taking the bypass to avoid traffic lights through Pigeon Forge strip. There are also pull offs along the bypass for photo opportunities. The Old Mill Restaurant in Pigeon Forge was fantastic. The kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed the Ripley’s Aquarium in Gatlinburg and Ripleys Believe It or Not. Anakeesta in Gatlinburg has an option to take a truck up instead of the chairlift, which was great! Cool views from the top and lots to do for the kiddos there. The General Store in Pigeon Forge has live bear feeding — the kids loved that. Check out the Bush’s Beans tour in Dandridge. Deer Farm and Petting Zoo in Sevierville was cool too — can cuddle baby goats. Added some photos we caught of neat things from the cabin. Definitely thought we would have had more bear sightings — posted the only one we saw, didn’t get to snap the picture quick enough. Overall, had a wonderful stay.

Our family of five stayed here over Easter break and had an amazing time! The cabin was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views in every direction and tasteful, cozy decor featuring gorgeous wood details throughout. All the basics were thoughtfully provided (starter paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), and the game room was a huge hit with our kids — they learned to play pool and ended up loving it even more than the video games! It does take about 10 minutes to drive up the mountain from the main road, and if you’re prone to carsickness, I recommend a motion sickness patch — but trust me, the views are well worth it. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, we had a blast, and the cabin was the perfect home base for a memorable family getaway!

Most of it is fantastic. The hot tub wouldnt get hot which is the biggest reason i picked this place. They did help us with instructions immediately but it still never worked. We got the instructions to use it 5 hours before check out. There were smashed cookies on the floor of the living room when we arrived. This cabin is great woth hreat views though. I do recommend it for the great price it is. I will return though.

We had a great time in this cabin! The road is very steep to get up the mountain to it, but that is very common around this area. We were sad the hot tub was unable to be used due to an HOA project affecting the well water, but the owner was very apologetic. We had a great time playing pool and Ms. Pac-Man in the basement and cooking in the kitchen. We drove to The Smoky Mountain National Park every day! This cabin is very clean and in a safe area. We would stay again!

Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to the winter storm but, we really enjoyed our stay! Booking, check in and check out were a breeze. Any questions we had were answered promptly and in a friendly manner. The view was amazing. The game room was amazing. The beds were amazing. (you get the picture:-) We were very disappointed to have to leave early. Looking at booking a fall trip to enjoy the changing leaves.

The hot tub was great to relax in once all the kids went to bed 😊 Great cabin!!! A little bit worn, but that’s to be expected with a rental I’m sure!

The cabin is decent. Infested with lady bugs. Theres no keurig coffee machine despite what we were told. The furnishings were dated and the pool table seemed small. The view and location was perfect. No directions on how to connect to wifi. Again, the view makes the cabin worth the trip but the cabin needs work. Asvercreeeky.
