0.4-acre lot, this home combines rustic charm with modern comfort, perfect for

couples, small families, or a peaceful solo retreat.

Enjoy a brand-new back deck with a charcoal BBQ grill (bring yourown

charcoal), a covered front porch for morning coffee, and beautiful nature

photography throughout the home by owner Don French.

Inside, you'll find:

Two queen bedrooms

This home sleeps 4 guests in beds, with a maximum occupancy of 6. It is up to

the renter to determine sleeping arrangements for guests 5 and 6.

Washer and dryer in unit

Comfortable climate control with a wall-mounted AC unit in the living room and

Community Access & Fees

The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with

24-hour security and exclusive access to resort-style amenities.

A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable

directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur

additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.
