New Hot Tub, Pet friendly, Fenced yard, Covered Porch 2 blocks to beach, Clean

This is the second time we've booked this property, because it fits our two small familes so perfectly. It's cozy, we can bring our dogs, it's in a great location and had everything we are looking for in a rental. Small but well-stocked kitchen, a TV that is way bigger than we have at home (plus one in the bedroom), a good sized dining table that is also perfect for playing games, and comfy couches to relax into at the end of a day after a busy day at the coast and then soaking in the hot tub. Great restaurants nearby, and the host has some excellent recommendations left for guests in the house. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed the hot tub, comfy couch, and the gaming system (says my son). Also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen.

It is a lovely location. Kitchen was beautiful and well furnished . Beds comfortable. Hottub was hot upon arrival but the water needed to be cleaned. Overall, a great spot for our family and dog.

Great time. Great location! We enjoyed access to nature. There was sand in the hot tub when we opened it. We tried to clean it out the best we could. We are interested in staying at the other rentals as well. Thank you!

This place is a cute little vacation rental with plenty of room. There was a bit of dog hair but that was mentioned in the ad so we knew ahead of time. No complaints here. Hot tub worked great and the detailed instructions were very helpful. Thank you for the nice stay away.

We loved this quirky and charming property! Perfect for our little group and two dogs. The two adjoining bedrooms were perfect for us and our daughter. Kitchen was great, and plenty of space in the dining area and living room for meals and playing games. TVs and WiFi were great. Nearest beach was lovely and steps away and the hot tub was perfect at the end of a long day. We loved that it was dog friendly with a fenced in yard! Looking forward to booking again sometime for a longer stay!

The house is so cute. The kitchen had everything you would need. The bathroom even had a heated towel rack. The beds were comfortable. There were a lot of games if you want to play. The firepit is huge. The hot tub/jacuzzi was very clean and nice, we used it multiple times. The washer and dryer were great. Overall very happy with staying there.

Your cabin was quaint, comfortable and had everything that you might need. Thank you for our memorable stay. The one thing that I would highly suggest is that that the mattress in the first bedroom desperately needs to be replaced.

Tom’s place was perfect for our family including our pet. Short jaunt to the beach, fenced in yard, and awesome hot tub. We will definitely return here for our annual beach vacation to Rockaway. Yes, the house itself is imperfect, but it is clean, comfortable, and has some nice touches. Hot tub is great, as us backyard and front porch. Comfortable beds, nice appliances, plenty of kitchenware and linens. This property manager has done a great job anticipating the renters needs. Easy access to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed a week and it was great.
