This spacious mountain retreat was thoughtfully designed to give large groups plenty of room to spread out, relax, and recharge after a day of adventure.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a luxurious king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and a queen pullout sofa — perfect for families traveling with young children. The second upstairs bedroom offers a cozy queen bed with access to a shared bathroom nearby.

The upstairs bunk room is a dream setup for kids and groups, featuring two custom bunk beds with queen beds on the bottom, full beds on top, and twin trundles underneath each bunk for extra sleeping space.

Downstairs, you’ll find a second king master suite with its own ensuite bathroom and queen pullout sofa, creating a private retreat for another family or couple.

The downstairs bunk room mirrors the upstairs setup with two oversized custom bunk beds featuring queen bottoms, full tops, and twin trundles — giving everyone a comfortable place to sleep after a fun-filled mountain day.

Warm wood accents, comfortable bedding, and peaceful forest surroundings make every bedroom feel cozy and inviting.

The property features TWO fully stocked kitchens complete with major appliances, cookware, serving dishes, and everything needed to prepare meals for large groups. The open-concept main living area features soaring wood ceilings, oversized windows, and a stunning fireplace that creates the perfect cozy mountain atmosphere. OUTSIDE SPACE

The outdoor living space is where this property truly shines. Surrounded by towering pines and overlooking the golf course, the upper and lower decks offer peaceful forest views in every direction.

Both decks feature seating for up to 12 guests, making outdoor dining and relaxing easy for large groups. Fire up the gas grill — conveniently connected directly to the home’s gas line so you never have to worry about running out of propane.

After a day of skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or golfing, unwind in the private hot tub beneath some of the clearest starry skies New Mexico has to offer. Elk sightings are common throughout the neighborhood, adding to the unforgettable mountain experience.

Located within the Angel Fire Country Club community, guests are also just minutes from skiing, snowboarding, tubing, hiking, fishing, golf, mountain biking, scenic chairlift rides, Monte Verde Lake, and year-round family activities.

Parking is available for 4 vehicles directly beside the home, with additional street-level parking for 3–4 more vehicles. Please note: during winter months, AWD or 4WD is required due to the sloped driveway.

BATHROOMS

With 4 full bathrooms, your group will have plenty of space to get ready comfortably. The two king suites each feature private ensuite bathrooms, while the additional bathrooms are conveniently located for easy access from the bunk rooms and shared spaces.

The town of Angel Fire Does Not Provide Curbside Trash Service. Due to this, guests are responsible for disposal of all trash. Trash can be disposed at the garbage facility just 5 mins drive away. The facility is open 24/7 for your convenience. To help protect the home and surrounding wildlife, trash must never be left outside at any time, as it can attract animals, including bears. A black trash bin is located in the laundry room for temporary storage of excess trash. Only securely bagged trash may be placed in this bin. Any trash left in the home after departure will incur a $10 per bag disposal fee. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the property clean and safe.

NO PARTIES or events allowed. Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. This is a quiet residential area with full-time neighbors.

One child allowed on top bunk. Top bunk is for children 6+. Please no horseplay on beds.

Children ages 5 and under are not permitted in the hot tub. Children 5-14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Without the ability to predict future events, plans may and do sometimes change. Due to reservations blocking calendars from other potential guests, we must stick to our cancellation policy for all guests. While it is not a requirement to book, travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended. This may help to protect guests in a situation where you may need to cancel a reservation.

Please note, we are in an area where snow and inclement weather is common. We will not issue a refund for bad weather unless a mandatory evacuation is put in place. Once again, we HIGHLY recommend purchasing optional travel insurance in the event you want to cancel due to impending weather.

This is a NON-smoking home meaning there is to be no smoking/vaping in rooms, deck areas or anywhere on property. Reports of smoking inside will lead to immediate cancelation, guest(s) will be asked to vacate and guest(s) will be responsible for all costs associated odor removal and/or damages.

Prices are set competitively and discounts are automatically added when available. Please understand that prices are based off of local pricing as well as costs of doing business/property expenses.

We will accommodate early check-ins whenever possible for a small fee, after approval from host. This all relies on the cooperation of outgoing guests following check out rules, cleaner schedules, and the condition the unit is left in on departure. Late check out requires approval from host and will be accommodated whenever possible for a fee. Failure to communicate this request may lead to a $50 late check out fee, charged to the guest(s).

This unit is located in the Rocky Mountains. Insects are very common in this area (to include mosquitos, spiders, ants, etc). While we do take all preventative measures to keep critters out with regularly scheduled pest control, there is always the possibility that one may sneak through an opening if an opportunity presents itself. Please try to keep doors shut to help keep any possible critters out.

Guests must be a member of the group staying at the property.
