NEW!!! ★BEARADISE★ Modern Luxury Cabin

The house was not luxury and no new remodel any longer. We all felt the house was sort of run down. The kitchen stuff was very worn, no big pan, dishwasher nasty and not a lot of plates etc. We did not pay a lot to stay there and therefore we did not submit any complete . We felt the house matched the price but not the description on the website . I think if the description was toned down a notch the expectations would have been Lower and everything would have been fine. We would probably stay there again for the price we paid.

We enjoyed our one night stay. Place was quiet and safe.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We loved the modern and upgraded feel. There was lots of space! It was lovely to be able to move around with feeling closed in. The master bathroom was beautifully done. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a nice view out of the front. We will definitely be back!

Very beautiful modern cabin! We loved the location… it was only 10min from a snow play/tubing area. The location was gorgeous, it was our first time to this area. Very responsive host. Wish we had more time here.

Nice and clean place!

The downstairs has had a remodel but the upstairs is still outdated besides the bathroom. I was excited for the TeePee and foosball table for our child but neither were usable. No propane for bbq. There were no cleaning supplies to do our own clean when we arrived as it could have used a once over. I let the host know and some were dropped off later that day. Beds are decent. Could use some improvements but overall this home is a decent deal compared to other prices in town.

The house was a great place to stay, close to restaurants, fishing, entertainment. We would absolutely stay again. Very good deal for the price. Note: Some of the inset, LED lights, need to be replaced.

The host was very welcoming. Beautiful home. Issues with the oven and dishwasher not being clean. The house was great only issue is with the cleaning staff.

Excellent

Beautiful cabin with enough space for the seven of us. There were a few minor issues, such as cold water in the kitchen sink and in one of the showers, and I couldn't use the microwave. Otherwise, it was excellent.

The host was very pleasant, accommodating and quick responsive whenever we had a question or concern. But some of the appliances need to be replaced, the interior kitchen flooring needs to be repaired along with some non working interior lighting or fixtures. But overall the house was quite cozy.

Great experience overall, quiet neighborhood great for walking. House was great lots of room. Host response time was excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.

This was an unpleasant experience, with us leaving after a half hour of stepping into the house.

We loved our first visit here at 704 Maltby!! It was perfect for our weekend. The kitchen was awesome, so much room. I loved the family room with the large dining table. The patio area is nice with a BBQ!! We’ll use next time!! The bedrooms were perfect and large!! Thank you Bearadise!!

Responsive host.Cabin is clean but it looks like it has seen better days. Needs Maintenance and an inventory count as things are missing.

Nice and cozy for the price.

Amazing place and location. Very nice for families. It is located in a flat neighbor, we walked the neighborhood daily and it was beautiful. It would even be great for bike rides! The inside is so big and open, ideal for families. They even had Netflix set up which was great. The location was about 15 minutes away from the zoo, village, bowling, and the bay. Really nice breakfast spots 5 minutes up the rode. And easy and quick responses from host.

Nice getaway for a week. Spacious and clean, not really luxury though.

It was roomy and comfortable. We went up for a bike trip and having a garage for the bikes was great. The owner was very responsive too which is always a good thing.

Perfect spot with two fireplaces and enough TVs for my boys when we weren't out boarding. Check is was easy communications was great and the Hosts were awesome. We hope to stay again next year. Close to everything you could need in town but off the main road enough for peacefully vibes at the base of these beautiful rolling hills. 5 stars

Great place to stay in Big Bear with friendly neighbors. Cabin was near all of the major attractions.

Everything was dirty . If I could attach pictures here, I would I never leave negative reviews. But this was BAD

Everything was great, except one thing. It does get cold at night and the vents for the heater to the rooms did not work or have levers to turn them on. Other then that, beautiful property and house.i would stay there again for sure.

First off whoever owns this place or whoever you talk to when you rent it are the nicest people on planet Earth. I thought it was AI for a minute because they were so friendly and nice! It's a very beautiful place it's spacious and has a cool feel to it. No hot tub but it does have a Jacuzzi bathtub in the master bedroom which is really nice. It's got a cool little backyard too and it's not that far from town. It's really spacious did I mention that already and they have extra little like sleeping nooks for people too. If you got a group of people or you just don't want your family to be on top of each other this is definitely a great rental. Thank you guys for sharing your spot with us this weekend!

Good stay for the price . The complaints would be the lack of utensils ,there was only 3 forks. The upstairs shower didn’t have any hot water at night and also no game room . The owner was very fast at answering any questions and allowed a later check out which was nice.

For anyone thinking about renting this house or anything else from Bearadise Vacation Rentals, RUN AWAY. 0 stars, not 1.The house is listed as luxury and the photos make it look nice. It is not. Luxury is a laughable description of this property. There are holes in the wall, gaps in the flooring and it is a poor quality house. Sadly that is not the worst part.When we walked in the first thing we noticed was the gross smoky smell. When we walked around it got worse. The house was filthy! There was trash left on the stairs, food stains on the walls, the rug and carpet had clearly not been vacuumed, the dining table was sticky and we could see rings on it, and worst of all what looked like a dirty qtip? or small tampon? had been left on the bedroom floor! Disgusting!!!!When we called to complain to ownership/management they agreed that this was unacceptable and approved a full refund. Knowing this, we left the property (not that we would have stayed in this disgusting house anyway). When we got home, the owner then requested photos, which we sent and wish we could post in this review. Upon review, this completely DISHONEST host decided that all of the described was up to their standards and that their terrible cleaning crew stated the house was clean. Of course I requested them to honor the refund that was promised and they refused. They have stopped responding. This house shouldn’t be allowed on VRBO and they won’t do anything either. DO NOT RENT YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!

Before our trip, I reached out to the host to confirm if the cabin had the necessary items for us to cook dinner and breakfast during our stay. I asked about plates, utensils, pots and pans, and wine glasses, as well as a blender. The host confirmed that the cabin was fully stocked with all dinner items, as well as a blender. When we got to the cabin, there was only about 2 forks, 1 wine glass, 2 glasses- mind you this cabin sleeps 7 people. I reached out to the host to let them know but they weren’t very helpful. We had to go out and buy all of the items that the host had confirmed would be at the cabin. The next morning when getting ready to cook our breakfast, we realized the blender the host confirmed was not functional. We had to go out asking neighbors if they had a blender we could borrow. One of the neighbors let us know that there were people staying at the cabin a week earlier and they had also asked them for things. The host didn’t seem very aware of what was stocked or not in the cabin, and we lost money and time due to this. Aside from that, the cabin was clean and had a large closet with clean towels available. The neighborhood was quiet and had friendly neighbors.

The house was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make ourselves at home.

Me and my husband spent 4 days at this cabin and we were speechless the moment we walked in. Very clean, just like the pictures and very nice neighborhood. Travel time was less than 15 min away from the village and parks. No AC, was not a problem as it gets chilly at night. Will definitely book again, thanks again !

Location, views, decor were great. Communication was too! Highly recommend this property.
