Beautiful, clean, and spacious home with so much to do for entertainment. The game room was amazing, and the location is the perfect distance from the village. We would definitely book again and highly recommend it to family and friends. Host was responsive and so helpful. Definitely a great experience overall.

Bed sheets were not clean. We believe they were not replaced before our stay.

It was awesome from the game room to the Jacuzzi it was a nice. We loved the cabin it was adorable.

Cozy, clean, and perfectly located! The cabin had everything we needed, close to the lake and village, and the host was great. Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location in a super quiet neighborhood. The home was decorated beautifully and felt very cozy. We were so appreciative that coffee was available for us, and the tea selection was unexpectedly nice. The hot water at the tap was also a really nice touch. We especially appreciated how kind the host was when one of our teens accidentally broke a lightbulb in the game room. We cleaned it up and replaced it, but the host's understanding response made us feel welcome.The bedrooms worked well for our group, though we did have to play rock, paper, scissors for the primary bedroom. Since we were two couples, we were hoping for a second King bed instead of a Queen. The game room was a nice touch for the kids. They loved the pool table, though be warned the shuffleboard isn’t level (so the games are a hilarious chaotic adventure). It might be time to replenish the darts too since we only found 3 working ones. We couldn’t quite figure out the fireplace, but I’m sure it would have been wonderful.Just a couple of heads-up for future renters regarding the house rules. The trash limit of one bag per family per night was a challenge. Pizza boxes filled our quota fast. Also, dishes must be washed and put away before checkout. It makes the last morning breakfast a little tricky when you have to stop kids from using dishes so you can leave on time. But the amenities were otherwise perfect (thanks for the emergency toothbrush)!

We had a great experience during our stay. The check-in process was super smooth with clear instructions and an easy-to-use keypad lock. The cabin was very clean, warm, and well-stocked with towels, blankets, and everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Communication was quick and helpful throughout. We highly recommend this place and would definitely book again

The house is perfect for small or large guest parties. Great temperature control. The water pressure and speed in which hot water hits the faucet are both amazing. Comfortable beds and bedding. It’s just far enough off the beaten path to warrant true relaxation away from the crowds. 5 min tops to the market, 8 min from bear mountain and about 8 minutes to the village shops. Hiking trails are everywhere within walking distance.

Everything was great. The location, the amenities. Except for the fire place in the living room. It ran out of pallets within 3 hours of using . I reached out to the owner to see if we can get more . We wanted to have the whole fire place experience. The owner did reply immediately and told me that someone would come over to give us more pallets and that never happened. So we were out of a fire place for the holiday.

The perfect cabin for families! First off the cabin is so beautiful and clean but in addition to that the lay out of the house was great! I also really appreciated all the thoughtful supplies that were provided! The cabin has open space for entertaining/hanging out. A bonus was the garage being a game room. We really enjoyed playing all the games! The bedrooms were all a great size and the beds were very comfortable. Moving onto the outside we really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and hanging out in the well landscaped backyard. My only suggestion would be to get a little fire pit of some sort but that was really the only thing it was lacking. The location of the cabin was great! It’s located in a very nice neighborhood and we were able to enjoy a great walk! We even met the neighbor and her cute dog Rocco on the walk. Overall it was really a great stay and great cabin! I would definitely recommend this cabin to any family looking to stay in big bear and we can’t wait to come back!

It was very spacious and accurate to the listing. We greatly enjoyed our time there because there were good places to be together and enough space for everyone to have separate rooms to relax. Would definitely recommend!

The cabin was fantastic. Very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. The rooms were great, beds were extremely comfortable. The game room was an absolute blast, and the jacuzzi was great on a cold night.The cabin itself is only a 5 min drive from town. Super simple to get to and easily accessible. Communication with the property manager was great. The day of arrival we they gave us instructions and told us not to hesitate to reach out for anything. They checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well and even reached out later in the day after we checked out to make sure we made it back safely. Will definitely be booking this again in the future

This place is really nice, and checking in was super easy. I got there a bit late, but it was no problem getting in. The house is great and really roomy, especially the entertainment area. My group likes to get up early, so we partied at sunrise and had no issues with the backyard. But I think they need more lights back there for nighttime.

Our stay in this beautiful Big Bear home was the perfect mountain retreat. The house itself was spacious, easily accommodating our group with its plentiful beds and bedrooms. A fantastic bonus was the game room, which provided indoor fun.The true highlight, however, was the serene backyard. Surrounded by beautiful trees, it felt like a private oasis. Relaxing in the outdoor sauna and jacuzzi was a perfect way to unwind. We were thoroughly happy with our choice and enjoyed every moment of this joyful getaway.The owner was very responsive.

This was our first time to Big Bear, this home was in a very good location. Short drive to lake and to The Village. Owner was very helpful. We would love to stay again in the near future. We got to enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna awesome amenities plus the tea bar with hot water readily available.We loved the area it was absolutely beautiful.
