Our family is excited to offer Sugar Hill Cottage, a newly built & renovated 300 square foot tiny house located on Sugar Hill of Martin City's famous bar stool races. The ideal spot to act as your base camp while exploring Glacier and the Flathead Valley, we seek to provide the cleanest and most well thought out spot for our guests.
This adorable house includes a queen bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom w/shower at an amazing price! Owned, managed, and cleaned by us, we do not have any hidden or added cleaning fees, only the cost of the room plus charges from VRBO.

The house is centered on 0.6 acres, one of three buildings on a small shared driveway. The neighbors behind the property keep chickens (no roosters) and neighbors to the South have dogs behind their privacy fence. They take their dogs in at night, but some barking can be heard during the day. The patio has amazing views of the Canyon sunsets as well as an stunning location for star gazing on clear nights. Let us know if you have any questions, thank you for looking!

Sugar Hill Cottage was the perfect spot to start and end each day while exploring and hiking in Glacier National Park and close by areas. It has everything you need and is in a wonderful location to easily access the West Glacier entrance. Shane was very friendly and made sure we knew we could reach out if we needed anything, but also allowed us to have our privacy during our stay which we appreciated too! Check in and out was super easy. All in all, when we come back to Montana we’ll check to see if this cute tiny home is available again! Definitely recommend!

We very much enjoyed our brief stay in Martin City. The rental is centrally located near West Glacier and all that Hungry Horse and Columbia Falls have to offer. We enjoyed a bonfire both evenings, utilized the kitchen for dinner (tuna steaks from Flathead Fish) one night, and used the rental as a basecamp for the end of our five-day trip to Glacier National Park. Besides the park itself, we visited Backslope Brewing, Huckleberry Land (best Huck Pie in town!), and the impressive Hungry Horse Dam. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Very clean and comfortable tiny house. Very well appointed…had everything we needed for our three night stay. Bed was very comfortable and had an AC for the HOT evenings while we were there. Bathroom very functional and included shower basics. Shane was very helpful and made great recommendations for evening meals. Nice outside sitting area where we enjoyed our wine in the evenings. Location is great when spending time in both Glacier NP and Columbia Falls.

I stayed here two nights as a solo female traveler to explore the west side of Glacier NP. I felt safe which is always my top priority when traveling alone. The location was really easy for getting into the Apgar entrance of the park. Restaurants and food options were close enough to feel easy. Quiet, clean and cozy. Would stay again!

Me and my husband stayed here on our last stretch of our honeymoon, we did Glacier national park after our Yellowstone national park visit. This house was the perfect end of our honeymoon. It is 20-30 min from every major city and only about a 10-15 minute drive to the west entrance of glacier national park. I’d recommend anyone to stay here, it’s so amazing and peaceful.

The Sugar Hill Cottage packs comfort and function in 300 square feet. It’s just a short scoot to the West entrance to Glacier NP. (Less than 15 minutes…line may create additional delay) My wife and I stayed 3 nights and since I am 6’4”, I was wondering how I would fit. Cozy, not cramped! We cooked breakfast and dinner each day there and kitchen worked well. We particularly enjoyed the outside patio for dining and happy hour. It was June and weather was just about perfect.Shane, Camille, and their three young children were great hosts, receptive to questions, and have a helpful notebook with things to do, places to eat etc.As fellow VRBO owners, we are always grateful when we arrive at a similarly well-stocked kitchen. All condiments, spices, olive oil, ice trays, pots, pans, cutlery etc are ready and waiting. Stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster and microwave worked well too.We hope to return!

This was our first experience staying in a Tiny House and certainly was great for us. It's amazing what all fits in that square footage. We were gone from early morning until evening as we explored western Glacier National Park so this location and amenities fit our needs. Location was also convenient to grocery shopping and dining options. Owners always responded quickly; we had no issues during our stay and like the coded entry. There is a patio and fire pit outside the house for evening enjoyment. Neighborhood is quiet. We were forewarned of a neighbor's barking dogs but neighbors were very considerate and dogs never bothered us. Bed is very comfortable and living room had a sofa and TV; comfortable and efficient space. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances to fix breakfast before our trek into the park. Bathroom had a good-sized shower and towels were nice quality. Consider this VRBO if you are visiting West Glacier!

This was a fantastic location and place we stayed at for our trip to Glacier National Park. 10-12 minutes to the west entrance. 10 minutes or less from Columbia Falls that has all conveniences, restaurants, groceries. Laundromat is a couple minutes away. Very updated and extremely clean place. Loved it here and will stay here again when we come back to the park!bacpark!

Met our needs. Owners mentioned neighbor dogs (all in at night) and sirens for the fire department. But near the park and other sites.

The perfect spot to refresh and relax after 6 nights of camping. It was quiet and clean and perfectly appointed. The power went out while we were there and the owners brought us some lanterns to make sure we had light. I would definitely stay here again when I am back in the area.

Cottage was exactly as described, perfect for 2 people. Very comfortable bed, plenty of room in living area, equipped kitchen (love the refrigerator) and roomy bathroom and all were very clean. Outside the home was perfect. Home was in a perfect location, not to far from anywhere we wanted to visit. The home owner was quick to respond to a need we had and resupplied us within hours of being contacted. The only complaint that we would have is the barking dog that is next door, only bothered us one morning of the 2 night stay, however it was an early morning wake up call that lasted for a solid 3 hours. Not enough to not stay here again, is now in my favorites for our next visit.
