Stayed Feb 12, 2026Beautiful spacious home in Pagosa Springs! This home met all our needs and had plenty of room for our two families. The Host is very accommodating, attentive and responsive. It’s located out of town a bit but not too far where it was an issue. The trip to Wolf Creek ski area from home was no problem at all. We had no issues and will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips!

The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. We especially loved coffee on the deck in the morning, cooking family dinners, and all the amazing activities pagosa has to offer during the day.Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to vacation!

Stayed Jan 31, 2025I would have given this a five but all the HOA rules/owner rules made it difficult. Rules about the lights, about the blinds, about the noise, and even so much as neighbors sending pictures to let owner know we hadn’t turned off the lights yet; which it wasn’t 10 yet. This house is great for big families and has everything you will need. Location is great and only 12-15 min outside of town. King size bed is comfy but other beds could use some updating or better mattress toppers. our vacation was spent with everyone being sick so we spent a lot of time in the cabin and overall cabin was great! Pagosa Springs is beautiful!
