New 2BD Retreat* Hot Tub + Game Room + NEAR Town!

I had trouble with the lock upon arriving so that was a bit stressful. When I called the host for help I was directed to a service (not Justin) so just be forewarned.. this is not a private individual this is part of a larger setup. The cabin sits on the side of a hill and parking is tricky due to the angle of the road. On the plus side hardly any traffic goes by so it was manageable. If you're afraid of heights.. not a place for you as the entire cabin (all 3 stories) is on pillars that are about 3 stories high themselves.. A little unsettling! The cabin is NICE and furnished PERFECTLY. I enjoyed my stay

When we arrived our check in code we were given wouldn't work, had to call VRBO, they had to reset lock and give us new code, the TV's had no channels we could watch, called VRBO and they couldn't help, and the hot tub wayer was cold, not a very pleasant experience.

Great location and wonderful amenities for our five night stay in Pigeon Forge.

This trip was a Christmas gift to my husband, daughter, and her boyfriend with our cabin selection being an important factor, and it did not disappoint! We were impressed with the cleanliness and care taken in all details. Justin was a pleasure to work with throughout our booking and stay. The location was ideal, and everyone enjoyed all the cabin had to offer. Will definitely stay again - already looking into a fall visit!

Hey! The place was very spacious for our family of four and could fit two more people easily. The hot tub was nice! There are stairs, so be careful if you have a little ones!

The cabin is nicely appointed. Great layout. We have stayed at this location a couple times. It’s in a great area and close to the parkway. I was disappointed this time. The cleanliness of the cabin was not the best. Evan as far as dirty towels tied to the inside of the main door know for some reason. Glasses left in the dishwasher from the last stay not run etc. It wasn’t like this the first time we stayed. The hot tub was not heating. We also had to contact the host at check in because we didn’t receive our door code. Contacted the host Justin but he never responded to emails. Very disappointing. Our first stay in November of 24 was great but this year not so much.

This cabin was super clean and very comfortable. Super convenient location in Pigeon Forge! Would definitely stay again!

My family and I absolutely loved this cabin! The location was perfect—we still had that peaceful mountain feel while being just minutes from town. The cabin was so clean and comfortable, and we even spotted a bear during our stay, which made it extra memorable! It was very family-friendly, from the kids’ toys and games to the high chair and pack ’n play. Those thoughtful details mean so much to us as parents. Highly recommend!

Perfect location to the park and Dollywood.

Hillside Haven was perfect - clean, comfortable and charming! Justin was a great host and everything was super easy from check in to check out. We had a fabulous time in Pigeon Forge!

We stayed here with our 3 grandchildren (2 8yr old grandsons and our 12yr old granddaughter). It was perfect, the kids said we need to come back and stay here. It was very clean and well equipped.Thanks for sharing your home.

This cabin was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were only a party of 4 but the downstairs could accommodate a family with the bedroom and extra sleeping area bunks.We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch and evening wine on the porch. Great location, close to Pigeon Forge Parkway. We will definitely return to this cabin!

Great location

From the easy check in/check out to the great communication with the property manager and the ideal location and amenities, we had a fantastic trip. Centrally located, close to everything but private enough to escape the busy strip and enjoy a relaxing evening in the hot tub or playing pool after a day of hiking or doing all the activities. Coffee on one of the two decks or the front porch rockers listening to the birds every morning was fantastic start to the day.While the listing pictures were amazing and drew us to this property, they still don't do this place justice. It was so spacious, but cozy at the same time and had everything you would need. Everything in great shape and plenty of little extra touches (wife loved the extra blankets by the couch/fireplace at night). Very clean and property manager was incredibly responsive (though we had zero issues for them to address). Fully stocked kitchen and grill. Great, safe neighborhood. Thanks for an amazing stay!!!

Closs to the strip and good house

We loved the cabin but being 5 women together, we agreed that it needs a full length mirror! Otherwise perfect!

Great location to everything we wanted to do, hiking, Dollywood and etc. Cabin was very roomy and comfortable. Had fun playing pool.

Excellent accommodation ….very close to all attractions

Our family loved this cabin! It was so close to all the fun in Pigeon Forge, but in the woods enough to feel a little secluded. Our family enjoyed all of the amenities that the cabin had to offer, but after hiking during the day and the weather being chilly during spring break, we loved to come home each evening/afternoon and have a dip in the hot tub! The beds were so comfortable, and my kids loved the bunk beds downstairs. We would definitely stay here again!! Best of all, was the communication with the host as they always responded quickly to anything I asked! 10/10!!

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Location was great and was close to all major attractions. The hosts made the whole process extremely easy and were there for any questions. Place was clean and updated. Hot tub was small but perfect for 2. Only recommendation is bring beach towels for hot tub use. If I come back to area would definitely book this property again!

The property was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Kitchen had everything we needed. Super close to Pigeon Forge and everything it has to offer. Kids loved the bunk beds and game room. Had one issue upon checkin but, was handled right away. We would stay here again.

Cute cabin for a girls weekend

This cabin was beautiful and close to the main drag. It was nice a that we had all the supplies needed for our toddler: baby gate for stairs, high chair, and pop pack and play that he slept in. The cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated/designed. It was also nice to have a good driveway to pull into.

The cabin was gorgeous and as advertised. Game room and hot tub was a hit. Plenty of room for our family of 5 with teens. The location was perfect and easy access in an out. The owners answered all my questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was just as described and the host Justin was great as well. We have stayed other places in Tennessee with not so great results with listings not as described so if you read about a great host I would stick with them for your Smoky mountain travels. We have rented from Justin in the past and will be looking forward to dealing with him on our next visit.

This cabin was beautiful. The location absolutely cannot be beat - it was super close to everything we wanted to do in town but just far enough out to enjoy being in the mountains. Everything was in great condition, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite being close to other cabins, it was extremely quiet and peaceful. Lots of TVs, everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen, pool table and arcade were great, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were good. Having a washer and dryer was nice. I cannot say enough good things about this cabin.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is in a convenient location. It is definitely a home away from home.

The cabin was absolutely immaculate! The bedrooms are huge, the hot tub was crystal clear & clean. The kitchen has everything you need and more! The location is only 5 minutes from everything downtown and easy to drive to. The host was great. Such an amzing find!

Great Cabin very clean and great area

Very happy with this property and its location.

This home has 2 masters so that worked for us perfectly. Kitchen is smaller than it appears in pics but it was perfect as is. Very clean. 2 towels per room were left, so if you plan on using pool, hottub or etc bring a towel for that. Given towels were not plush. If you want a soft bath towel bring your own. The location for this home for anything in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge is perfect. I would highly recommend this place. The only negatives I have is the upstairs master closet is full of extra bedding so you kind of lose that closet and it is all on top of luggage rack so you can really use that, and towels are rough. All very minor things that would not stop me from renting this home again.

Our first time in Pigeon Forge and it was our best family vacation yet. The cabin is beautiful, clean and the perfect location for all the fun family activities. Host is amazing and was very responsive. We will be back! Highly recommend this cabin. Also, cabin is well baby-proofed for your baby/toddler.
