We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Do not smoke inside or near any entryways. Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

*No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
*Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
*There is NO Smoking/Vaping of tobacco or marijuana within 25 feet of the house. If you must smoke, please do so around the most distant fire pit and discard of your trash.
*No children under 14years old allowed in the hot tub without an adult present and engaged. A water watcher wrist band is available to keep you and your people safe. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
*Please reports any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we may repair or replace the item. We understand that accidents happening but need to be notified.
*Please DO NOT Move furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages.
*No Eating or drinking in the Bedrooms
*Please do not overstuff the washer/Dryer. If clothes are full of mud, please wash off outside and then place into washer.
*Please turn off electronics and lock all doors every time you leave the house
*Our home is appropriate for children, however, nothing is childproof. Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. Please do not let your children or others climb of the deck rails, they are not meant for that and accidents will likely happen.
*Pets are NOT permitted inside the house. If you have an outside pet, you must clean up after them. If you have a service animal, you are responsible for any damages and extra cleaning needed.
If there is evidence of a pet being inside the home or damage done, you will be charged extra $500 for the cleaning that will be necessary and also asked to leave the premises due to breaking the rules without refund.
*There are cameras outside to protect you and us. There are cameras facing each door of entry, the driveway, and the firepit. There are no cameras inside the home and none that are directed at the hot tub to give privacy. These are in place to protect us and you.
*Please treat our home as you would treat your own!
*NO HUNTING ON THE PROPERTY!
*We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that happen on the property. You know you are in the woods with other wildlife, please respect them. Your safety is your own responsibility. Please act accordingly.
*You DO NOT have to clean the house or strip the beds.
