Stayed Sep 16, 2023Pros: Close to blue ridge scenic railway station and restaurants. Convenient location. Spacious place. Cons: no dishwasher. Comforters, pillows and stuffed animals definitely need cleaning (several of us started to sneeze and have red eyes)

Stayed Jun 24, 2026Property is in a good location to explore the area.You do not have mountain views. We were there to relax, watch fireflies, and explore the area.Inside was good, however, the kitchen/dining is very small. A smaller table would really help instead of the table with big chairs. Only 1 person could be in the kitchen to prepare meals, clean up, access refrigerator, etc. 2 of the bedrooms would benefit by having 2 smaller night stands rather than 1 large one, there is no closet space in these bedrooms. Adding hooks on wall would be very helpful and or some type of hanging rod. Laundry room needs light to be repaired. Outside of home really needs to be monitored and updated. There were huge holes in the wood where animals have tried to get inside. Property managers were helpful, we were without air conditioning for a couple of days, but they had someone come out and fix the unit.The Adirondack plastic chairs on deck need to be replaced. Consider adding new chairs. This was a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. This cabin is best for Adults only--with no mobility issues or special needs. We would book this cabin again.

Stayed Oct 24, 2025We drove from Florida,4 hrs thru Atlanta.nArrived at 7PM.Temperature in cabin was 59degrees.FireplaceLogs id not work.It was !0PM before it was warm enough to shower..No sound on TV.Road was too slick from rain.Will never stay here again.Very disappointed.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Although a shorter stay we were very happy to find this place. Close proximity to everything. Great view from both decks. One screened and the other deck open were great places to sit and relax. Host was very easy to contact and quick to reply and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable and memorable. Will pick this location again when we return to the Blue Ridge area.
