We really enjoyed our stay. The time of year and quietness of the lake was very nice.We hope to come again next year.

Second trip to this location. We have absolutely loved it each time.

The lake house was even better than we ever could’ve imagined!!!! The porch was perfect for morning coffee and dinner under the sunset. There was plenty of places for us to choose to sleep and the master suite bed was very comfy. The pictures do not do the view justice. It was a perfect trip for our book club!

The view of the lake from almost every room was excellent. A family member docked his boat with ease. When not motor boating we enjoyed the available two kayaks and paddle board. There is also a canoe .The boathouse storage room had an abundance of float noodles and inflatable intertubes and a raft. My young nephew (7) and niece (4) had a blast swimming and floating and then sitting on the dock in two available child-size plastic adirondack chairs.Based on a previous review about a skillet with scratches, i brought one. There is an abundance of other good cookware and baking dishes, plates and tableware. My family has many fond memories from our stay at this serene location.

This property and views are awesome this time of year. Very private. Trees are already turing. My son and i fished ever morning. We will be staying here again. W

We recently enjoyed a long weekend at this property. The views are great, the dock access is easy and just the overall experience was superb! Rented a pontoon boat at nearby LaPrades Marina and enjoyed a terrific meal there as well. We had a small group of 3 adults, but the cottage can easily accomodate many more, especially kids. Rusty is a great host and we'd definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

First time staying at this property and the views and location on the lake were the best! Loved all of the water amenities for kids (jumping/fishing off the dock, kayaks, paddle board, boat slip). The views from the main floor were incredible. Would definitely stay again.

Our family of 4 enjoyed the week- joined by 2 of my son’s friends for 2 days. Love the layout of the house with them downstairs and us up. Great location near LaPrades and Clayton and more. Love the lake toys & we rented a boat. Lake Burton is a joy. Communication was fantastic. Thank you!more.

I cannot emphasize enough how beautiful this location is. You can see the lake from every room. Absolutely breathtaking! It’s a quaint cottage that was a comfortable, cozy spot for my husband and I to get away from it all and relax.
