Stayed Dec 28, 2024We had a fabulous time in Ellicottville! The home was perfect for our family with adult children. Plenty of beds, linens, the pool table and hot tub were a big hit! The property is minutes from Holiday Valley resort and other attractions, but also very quiet and secluded. The owner was helpful and communicative without being too invasive or over-prote

Stayed Aug 7, 2024Everything was fantastic about our stay at the cabin. Communication with the host was amazing. All the pictures and description of the property were right on, and surpassed our expectations. We even saw shooting stars!! The location was just outside of the village of Ellicottville. There’s a cool hiking trail right down the street which was a nice surprise. We hope to come back again!

Stayed Apr 7, 2024We stayed for the total eclipse and enjoyed everything the cabin had to offer. The hot tub is amazing! The surrounding forest is very nice and quiet. The kitchen well appointed. Bathrooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. In being critical, the only critiques would be: The dishwasher isn’t installed properly, still works though! Privacy is tough, but it’s a cabin, expect noise to travel. There is a dead rail on the pool table (the side away from stairs). Please forgive, I am very picky when it comes to pool. Again, overall, we loved this cabin. Thanks Tom!

Stayed Dec 17, 2023Cabin was the perfect size for our group of 9 people. Hot tub and pool table were really nice. Short drive to Ellicottville made it convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
