Stayed Jul 20, 2025It worked out. I needed a quiet place to stay close to a camp ground near by where I was speaking for a week to some students each night. Just needed a place to write and work and practice the talks. The cabin worked out well. If it weren't for the noisy birds living in the chimney it pretty much would have been perfect... and the price was right. The location was great, just right off HWY25. The road noise didn't bother me a bit during the day and the included sound machine drowned it out at night. I had to wait an hour longer than expected to checkin which set me back a bit on my arrival, but overall, as I said, it worked out.
