We had a great time staying at Adriana's place! It was clean, spacious and nestled nicely into the mountains with a spectacular view. I think her place should be the gold standard for AirBnBs. Or at least a model for how all AirBnBs should be run. Adriana had all the amenities you would need in the kitchen (i.e., coffee maker, coffee, pots, pans, mugs, plates). She even had an array of snacks too. Oh, did I mention there's a full Vegas-style Harrah's casino 30 minutes away. We came to visit our day in Waynesville and we plan on coming back again. -Scott



We had the most wonderful time at this cabin. From the moment we open the door everything was perfect. First impression was how clean and organized everything was. The place smelled so good. Bear View Cabin is featured packed. From great indoor and outdoor amenities to spectacular views of the mountains. Let me point something out....the beds and the pillows in every single bedroom were so comfortable. Everyone in my family had great night sleeps. last but probably the most important, Adriana, our host was so wonderful. She kept great communication and arranged special things for us like a welcome gift full of goodies. She made sure all of our expectations were beyond met. This was *by far* the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in! Not only was the description spot on, the views are even better in person and it was so clean! Check in and out was easy and communication was great when I had a question. Tons of personal touches throughout the home also! From the coffee bar to jacuzzi tub with shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as use of the washer and dryer. There was tons of cute bear decor throughout the home and rockers on the front porch. There’s even hammocks and a fire pit outside! Child friendly as well as in a great location- only 15 minutes to downtown Waynesville! We would definitely stay here again! -Nina





Welcome to your dream cabin in the mountains! Bear View Cabin is a 3 bedroom mountain oasis surrounded by nature.



From the moment you walk into our thoughtfully decorated cabin, we want you to feel at home. This all starts with how we set up our beds to maximize the space. The home is a 3/2.5 equipped with a king and two queen beds. Additionally, we've added a sleeper couch to the loft - we'll let your group draw straws for who sleeps where! ;D



If you need a break from Western NC's endless adventures, simply relax at our amenity stacked cabin. We have you covered with internet capable of streaming movies, multiple fireplace and a cozy 5 person hot tub. Or completely disconnect by having a coffee or ice cold cerveza on our covered porch overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains!



Sure, eating at Waynesville's best restaurants is fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner. And for the cafecionados among you, we provide a coffee bar featuring a Keurig machine and a drip coffee maker and freshly ground coffee from our friends at Smoky Mountain Roasters!



Netflix movie night anyone While we don't offer cable, each tv has streaming capabilities for watching all your Netflix favorites. You are also welcome to login to any other service that you personally pay for.



We also provide a pack 'n play and high chair for anyone traveling with a little one!



Snuggle up around the gas fireplace in the cozy living room with cathedral ceilings or challenge your folks to a foosball match in our game loft!



Stargazers and outdoor aficionados will enjoy the hot tub, outdoor gas fire place and fire pit.



Guest Access:

The cabin is located in a gated community with easy access to

the property. Please keep in mind that we do experience the occasional snow storm or icy road conditions in the winter - after all you're in the mountains :) There is parking in the drive way for up to 4 cars. You'll have access to the entire home. Occupancy is limited to 8 guests.



Other Things to Note:

COVID-19 Cleaning Practices

The cabin is throughly cleaned and disinfected (surfaces, sheets, bedspreads, blankets, towels, & floors) between every booking.



We provide free internet to our guests. Please note that we are limited to line-of sight internet in this part of the Smoky Mountains, so internet speeds are slower than what you might be used to at home. Bad weather can affect the internet speed.



Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush ANYTHING that's not toilet paper.



In an effort to keep you and us safe, we've installed two security cameras, one at the front of the home and one overlooking the yard and fire pit. The neighborhood is very safe, but this helps us keep an eye on the property:)



Occupancy is limited to 6 guests so you can fully enjoy our home and unwind. Absolutely NO PARTIES are allowed inside the home or on the premises. Please be mindful of the neighbors.



Please note that the indoor fireplace is available to our guests from the beginning of October to end of April.



Occasionally, you may see Mama Bear and her cubs. While they are adorable, please do not touch or go near them. And while they are so cute and look hungry, don't feed them, or leave any food or trash outside or in your car. Again, DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OUTSIDE OR IN YOUR CAR OR THEY COULD BREAK IN.
