Stayed Nov 27, 2024My mom, my sister, myself and my 2 daughters stayed 2 nights and spend Thanksgiving Day at the Issi. The cabin was gorgeous! I’ve never been on a trip with my mom and sister before so this was special for us. The cabin was more than we imagined. The cabin was fully stocked with everything and more! It was clean. Views are astounding. We arrived at night so we had a hard time finding the cabin but the manager was very responsive and helpful. We hope to return someday soon.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024For a more remote experience, but not off-grid and not without all the comfort features, this is a great cabin. Large property worthy of exploring. There is a dollar store 10 min away, but we didn't need anything. We knew going into this that we didn't want to leave the property for any reason and brought all of our food. Management and maintenance were wonderful to deal with and the only reason there are not 5 stars across the board are because of some corner dustiness. The cabin was clean, but you can tell that some of the corner spaces need a wipe down. No biggie ....also we were supposed to have access to some movies that we didn't end up having (reason we got acquainted to the very responsive and friendly maintenance guy), but this also was no big deal. We brought our own preferred games from home which were perfect for our wind-down cabin experience. The only other thing we wish we had were cooler temps at end of Oct, but nobody except mother nature can offer that! Great, fun experience and we hope to find time to go back. (Note steps to loft are very narrow twisted steps. We didn't have children with us, but keep that in mind and maybe look at one of their other cabins if you have children that will need help up and down those steps.)
