Stayed Mar 23, 2024The house is wonderful safe clean, the only change, when traveling with an older individual, it would be nice for a taller facility in bathroom. Also, more water pressure would be nice but I would stay here again. This was our second visit.

Stayed Jan 9, 2026Cabin was cozy and quite. Very convenient location to down town ashville. It was everything they said it would be. Our only complaint was there was dog hair from previous renters, the master bath was dirty along with the hot tub.

Stayed Dec 27, 2025We loved the location it was close to Asheville and had beautiful views. We loved seeing the horses every morning and hearing them. We cooked every night and found the kitchen well equipped. The hot tub was perfect and the cabin was spacious enough for my husband and I and our two children. Being dog friendly was a huge plus. We even saw 10-20 deer almost daily and was an added bonus. Very happy overall and would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 19, 2025The Hot Tub smelled of mold, I am not sure housekeeping does a great job and there were a few things broken I was afraid I would be held responsible for. However, a great location for exploring and hanging out!

Stayed Jun 15, 2025We found the location to be almost perfect. The cabin was extremely nice. The only problem is the kitchen could be better equipped with more dishes, glasses, cups utensils, pots and pans. Also the kitchen was somewhat dark needs more lighting

Stayed Aug 10, 2024I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this place has been our favorite! This place was a delight. We seen deer feeding in the morning. Everything was so peaceful and tranquil.

Stayed May 28, 2024Love having the deer every day coming by. Only small things that I say could improve was shower pressure and having some help with working the remotes, bed a bit noise when rolling over or getting in & out. Other then that it was a nice place to stay.

Stayed Oct 14, 2023Victoria made me feel very welcome upon my artival. I never heard from the owners although I has sent several messages from the time of the booking and Victoria relayed infomation as well. I had a lovely stay at Hickory Haven and my sister and I enjoyed the accomodations and the lovely setting of the cabins.
