This property was very nice. Everything worked and was as expected. The view from the back porch was amazing.

The cabin was clean and in a beautiful location. The host was available to answer questions and provided information to the cabin prior to arrival which was greatly appreciated. We saw two bears one came on the deck and tried to open back door and got up on the hot tub and had fun playing in the hammock which was exciting. Overall the cabin was clean, well stocked for our needs, in a beautiful location, I would definitely stay again and I appreciate the host for warning us about the bears prior to our stay. Thank you

Loved this cabin! I can't say enough wonderful things about the cabin, the hospitality and the owner. Great communication, exceptionally clean cabin, and all the fun little extras. The photos of this cabin do NOT do it justice. The view was breathtaking. Looked like one of the few we traveled up the hills to that had an actual view of the mountain and not just the trees. The bedding smelled amazing, the firepit and horseshoe pit looked brand new, and the new landscaping and porch railings were lovely! You can tell this place is well taken care of and loved by the owner. It's the perfect middle ground to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and super close driving to each. It had the coolest coffee pot that used regular coffee and Keurig cups! It was cozy and private and slept more people than I expected even though it was just me and my husband visiting during our elopement in Cades Cove. A king sized bed, two couches, an air mattress in the closet, a futon upstairs and another double bed up there. Do not pass this home up if you want a lovely perfect getaway! We definitely plan on coming back!

I fell inlove with the cabin! Everything was as listed. It had quite a lot of extras. I woke up on Saturday and there was a mother bear and her 2 cubs playing right outside with the hammock!! It was anawesome experience! I have already reccomended this place to other peopland will do so again. When I go back to this area, this is the only cabin I will stay at!

Great place to stay, should have stayed longer. Loved the fire pit, horseshoe pits, hot tub and place in general. Great view and immaculate interior. We will stay here again.

Great place , but the cooking pan was stainless steel and everything stuck to it, they didn’t have firewood but besides that great Place

I can't say enough good about our stay! This cabin was the PERFECT size for the two of us and easily could have accommodated more. The worst parts of our stay were getting out of an amazingly comfortable bed in the morning and leaving such incredible views in a perfect setting to go to bed at night. One thing that I did NOT expect was how easy and quick it was to get to Gatlinburg from here via the back way. I also couldn't believe that we were only 9 minutes away from the best cinnamon rolls in Tennessee at Olga's Yodel in the Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts area. So.... Location... Ideal!Next..... This place was clean and as comfortable as could be. A huge King-sized bed on the main level and a second bed (which we did not use) up in the loft offers plenty of space for a couple or small family. I imagine I misread the listing, but I was completely surprised to see a staircase going down to a side yard complete with a fire pit, 4 Adirondak chairs, 2 hammocks, and a horseshoe pit! Mr. Crum has thought of everything!Don't even get me started on the view from the hot tub. That alone is reason to book this place.WE WILL BE BACK!!

Yes everything was great and owner was very attentive. Lovely accommodations with my three kids sleeping in the loft and my husband and I in the master. A lot of bear activity in the neighborhood during our stay the first week of April. View is gorgeous.

This cozy cabin was perfect for our weekend anniversary getaway. The view was spectacular. The hot tub was hot and the fireplace was warm and inviting. (it didn't work when we got there, but they fixed it really fast) The whole cabin was a delight! WE LOVED IT and will be back!!!A

Cabin was comfortable and had almost everything you need to relax and cook meals. View is beautiful, sunrise is gorgeous. Quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood. Kitchen has been updated from the posted pictures, guest photos show the updates.

This place was exactly as listed. The views were beyond amazing and the hot tub was a perfect bonus.

Perfect cabin for my husband and I and our two pups. We took advantage of all of the fun things…hot tub, horseshoes, pool table, front porch swing. I’d book again!

Host was welcoming! We had a wonderful time just wished the hot tub was ready for us to jump into when we arrived.

Very nice, comfortable, cozy cabin & perfect size for 5 adults. Cabin is about 20-30 mins from all attractions!

Great views and the cabin was decorated so cute for the holiday season. We had fall colors, snow and the gas fireplace and hot tub were great! We had a bear visit at midnight our first night (just walked by our car), but didn’t see any after that. Took me a bit to figure out directions, but it was no problem after we did.

We enjoyed our stay very much. I can honestly say it was the best VRBO experience we have had. Every comfort of home was provided from laundry detergent to k cups for cofee in the morning. I was so hoping the cabin would be decorated for Christmas, and it was!

Cabin was perfect, had everything we needed. The views were spectacular! We played a new game and had a blast..Telestrations! We loved the fireplace, and the Christmas decorations were a surprise, they were everywhere in and out! The American Flag was beautiful to see as we are a military family and proud Americans! The whole outside has lights! We even saw a bear walking past cabin! It made our stay complete!! Thank you for a great cabin and a great stay!

The cabin.was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped

The cabin was easy to find and easy to access. We loved the front porch swing! The beds were very comfortable, the gas fire place was cozy, and everything was clean. The view from the backporch was so nice to wake up to. The upstairs shower is basically like standing in a MRI machine

Was very nice! Loved the big table for dinners and playing cards/games. Kitchen is spacious, but has limited counter top space, but it works!

Great cabin with a great location. Host responded within a reasonable time. The only downside was that the diagram of the upstairs shows a futon but there is no futon upstairs. We were counting on having that extra sleeping space. Other than that excellent!

This cabin was perfect for our vacation. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The view from the back porch is beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub. The host was easy to communicate with, would definitely recommend!

Cute, cozy cabin. View off of the back porch was gorgeous, sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing. We will definitely be back! Drive to get to the cabin was a little iffy as the roads are very curvy and hilly (as it is in the mountains) but cabin was easy to find, and it was a plus that it was so close to everything we wanted to do. Pets are welcome which was super awesome as we brought our two dogs with us and we all had a blast! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cabin in that area!

Very cute place. We did enjoy our stay. A few suggestions... Toilet seat needs fix, a few handles need tightened. Small handyman upkeep needed. Suggest a few more dish towels available. Floors were really dirty/dusty. Other than that, very nice place to stay with your family. We may return in the future.

The place was nice. Both bathroom need cleaned. Water clogs in shower and bath tub. Toilet needs a bit more cleaning. Was way up in the mountains but easy to find. One day, we saw mama bear with her 3 cubs on the street of Gatlinburg then We saw a bear on the road on our way down the mountains and the next day, another bear came to our backyard. Climed down the tree, ran to the front and climbed up another tree and to the roof making a ruckus. Over all, the environment was nice and quiet.

The cabin was Great, the pictures certainly dont do it justice, it has been updated some since they did photos. Out of the cabins you pass on the way, I'd certainly say this one has the best parking situation in regards to unloading your car, you can park right at the door. The wrap around porch is great, and the view out the back is beautiful. We loved it so much, we decided to spend our one night in the area relaxing at the cabin and in the hot tub after supper in town, verus the activities in the area. I certainly will be looking the property up again, as we want to plan a trip to stay out there for a week next time!

My mama and I has had our annual October trip to the Smokies for years. We actually stayed in this cabin last Oct. Her 80th Birthday was May 24 and I wanted to surprise her with a Spring Smokies trip...and I picked this cabin again. Quiet area, great host, great price, and wonderful cabin. The back porch view is absolutely gorgeous as well. And thank you for having it pet friendly because my dog goes everywhere with me. I think she enjoyed it just as much as my mom and I. I wouldn't doubt if we get this one again, it's perfect.

We had a great time and also saw 6 bears while we were there throughout the area where we stayed. The only problem was the fireplace did not work but thats ok we still had a great time.

It was a nice cabin and clean, the only downfall is that the AC wasn't working. I requested maintenance and he did come, but didnt fix the issue. Experience would of been a whole lot better if it hadnt been 80 degrees in the cabin the whole time. Hopefully they get it fixed so the next person doesnt have to deal with it.

We had a great stay at this cabin. It was decorated so nicely inside and out with the Christmas tree inside and the decorative lights outside the cabin. The front porch swing and the chairs all around the house were nice.The fireplace worked great and the place was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The upstairs game room with the pool table/ping pong stable was fun too.The view of the mountains on the back porch was great. It snowed while we were there so seeing a snow covered mountain in the distance was cool too. The hot tub on the back porch was also really relaxing even in the freezing weather.The ride to get to the cabin has some some inclines, etc., but that's to be expected given the location. The owner communicated whatever we needed to know ahead of time and was responsive during our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

The property location was great. Great view of the mountains. Everything was neat and clean. The housekeeping and maintenance staff responded quickly. We will be renting this cabin again next year!

We enjoyed staying at this mountain retreat as a stop over to Kentucky. Hoping to go back soon so we can relax and enjoy the house and the area next time.

The house was beautiful and very clean. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay at this cabin. You just can not beat the beautiful sunrise you see in the morning because the deck faces East. Saw three bear near the cabin on a a street close by. Highly recommend!

We got confused from the instructions sent through email but our GPS worked just fine. Got in and settled down from our long drive up. The view of the mountains were very wonderful. And the sunrise view made the stay even more worth it. My sister got a video of the birds chirping as the sun came out. I loved it. Most of our plans were over in Sevierville, so our drive was a little out the way but we still enjoyed the Christmas scenery all over town. The only thing I wasn’t too fund of, was the beds were covered in animal hair so it wasn’t cleaned too well but it was pet friendly so we should’ve expected that. And a mouse came out the first night but I contacted the manager and didn’t get a response. I didn’t like that part because please respond to let me know that you got my message. Over all, we enjoyed the cabin and the town our whole weekend stay in The Smoky Mountains.

Property and cabin were amazing. We brought our 3 dogs with us and it was an easy cabin for us and them to stay. It was clean and easy to get to. It snowed the first night we were there. Very beautiful and the scenery was breathtaking. Definitely recommend Mountain View cabin

Property owner was great always helpful very courteous his directions were great cabin was well stocked with any utensil you could think of great location for walking your dog we hadn’t been there 5minutes we seen 3 large bears that was awsome that. Was worth our trip we will go back to the same cabin

The cleanliness was weak. There was mice droppings in the cabinets, cockroaches in the bathrooms, floors were dirty, and linens were very used, although clean. The windows were filthy and the blinds had a think layer of dirt. We were surprised by the condition. Regardless of the condition, the view and location was amazing.

Quiet peaceful and relaxing stay. So enjoyed the fireplace. Had everything you’d need from home. Few extras like new kitchen towels was nice touch Appreciate ease of check in and out. Owner quickly communicated about any questions. Located between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.

We loved the cabin. It's handy and comfortable. The view from the back porch is awesome. The road to and from the cabin is a bit tricky but we got used to it. We like the location because it's between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We were in that area last year too.

Had a good stay at this property, it was comfortable, clean, and a good location. We got to get up close and personal with a mamma near and her cubs, came right up to the front door, which our family absolutely loved. Hope to come back. Only complaint, which is not really a complaint, is that the hot tub didn't have enough water, so the jets didn't work the best

The place is nice.

The cabin is beautiful. The furniture in main room is uncomfortable, the bed was comfortable, the mattress protector was obviously soiled before as it has some yellow pee stains in spots. The hot tub leaked, text the number and got an immediately response,and we had to turn it off to save the motor, it was sucking air. We had a beautiful vacation, mama bear and her babies walked right in front if the cabin . Saw a ton of wildlife the week we were there.
