️ Mountain-View Cabin, Sleeps 12, Game Room & Private Hot Tub

Very family friendly!

The place is clean and spacious. It has 1 king bed, 2queens and sleepers and coaches. Nice porches, but you cant see much because of the trees that are too close to the cabin. We like everything there. Kitchen is fully equipped, you don't need to bring anything. We found out the dryer was broke and the jacuzzi was empty and little dirty, but they came the next day and cleaned it and filled it with water. Also, it has lots of stairs to get to the cabin, which might be hard for old people and the parking is a little difficult when you want to leave. The road is narrow and not leveled. However, It's worth staying!

The cabin is beautiful, we arrived to a momma bear and 3 cubs right off the back deck. The was clean however there were some crumbs on the floors but we look past that. We had a great time and had kids with us which all had a great time. It was very spacious, needs were comfortable. I will say I wanted to cook cinnamon rolls in the morning but there were no cookie sheets so that was a bummer, also no cooking spray, but we made do. Oh and no conditioner in the bathrooms only shampoo, luckily I always bring my own. It was very peaceful and we loved it. Would recommend.... the host is very good at responding...

Any issue that happened was resolved immediately with wonderful communication. When arriving the cabin was clean, it was well maintain any he needs that we had were Met and our expectations were Met as well.

Beautiful views in mid May. Nice and private. Kids enjoyed. Easy access to national park, Dollywood and local towns. WiFi was out the one key day it was needed but management company got it fixed within 24 hours (too late for our needs). Hot tub was secluded with lovely views of the side of a hill.

Cleanliness is an issue here unfortunately because it is a beautiful home. Windows were not cleaned, smears, dust, cobwebs. Decks were not swept, patio furniture was not wiped down (very dirty/dusty). Internet HUGE problem, t.vs didnt connect to the internet and when they did, it would disconnect a minute later. We were without t.vs our whole stay. Despite the issues, we enjoyed the home and our time there. ONE MORE THING.... The place is haunted, especially the entryway/basement. We heard a man twice clearly say two sentences, with our own ears.... side note, we had no man come along with us on our trip... among alot of other ghostly activity (me and my mother are sensitives if you believe in this stuff.) Something does not like visitors and it makes it known.

Cabin was absolutely beautiful kids didn’t not want to leave perfect place to stay for first time family vacation

My family had a lot of fun at this cabin. The property manager easy to get a hold of and always quick to respond.My kids loved the game room and loft in this cabin. I loved going out on the loft deck every morning to enjoy the view while drinking coffee.We really enjoyed our stay.

The whole stay was amazing! A perfect, realaxing couple days to spend the start of our vacation!

Place is nice, but has several key issues during our 3 day stay. First the couch beds are very uncomfortable and had a very exposed metal joint that makes its very difficult to sleep on. On our second night the power went out in over half the cabin and this also turned off the AC and water. The power did not turn back on until sometime in the middle of the night. The third day the AC never started to work again so it was 80 degrees inside the cabin so it was just a very uncomfortable temperature to try and relax and sleep in. Overall, the cabin is very nice but needs several major repairs and changes to make it more viable and stable. Especially if you are a larger group.

The host was extremely responsive and polite and worried about our concerns. We did have a few minor issues at the cabin but they were all handled in a way that made us satisfied. None of them were a big deal to us but we told the owners just so they knew for their next guests and she was very helpful. Beds were comfortable although I wasn’t a big fan of the pillows. The cabin was laid out super neat, but may not be the best with very small kids like us. It would be perfect for a group of friends or families with older kids. The location was perfect. We did not have a great view, but we went in the winter so maybe it looks better in the spring through the fall. If they fix all of the issues that I brought to their attention, it will be a perfect stay for the next guests! I would probably stay here again.

My family and I truly enjoyed the property, accommodations fit my family of 12 perfectly. Game area and hot tub were extra added bonuses to the Christmas trip.

Easy location to get to property owner was very good at communicating

Everything was very clean and cozy. Very nice community felt safe staying there.

We had a wonderful stay. Justin was absolutely amazing, any questions I had he was right on top of it. The only negativity I can say is the sofa beds were very uncomfortable. Other than that was great.

This cabin was difficult to locate, the jacuzzi tub does not actually work it just pretty much a big garden tub. Hot tub works great. Tv wasnt set up we had to figure that out. Hiwever, the property manager was very responsive and kin amd tge beds were fabulous. Game room couch was broken sort of. Needs a few updates as far as tge furniture and tubs or a more realistic description of the amneties that do and dont work. Not mad but felt we paid way to much for this much to be wrong.

We stayed here for our daughter’s 4th birthday trip & had an absolute amazing time ! The check in process was smooth & we loved the cabin ! There is approximately 40 stairs going up to the cabin if anyone was wondering ! Beautiful views, not far from Gatlinburg & very spacious ! Highly recommend if anyone is looking for a cabin ! Very peaceful, hot tub was a plus for the adults & we had fun playing the games set up in the game room! We will be back next year ! Each floor had there own sitting area outside & there own bathroom which was also very convenient !

Disgusting and Stressful Stay – Do Not BookThis was hands down the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Shortly after arriving, we discovered sewage water leaking from the upstairs bathroom. The smell alone was sickening, and the fact that we had to live with raw sewage in what was supposed to be our vacation home is beyond unacceptable.The rental company sent out a maintenance man, but he clearly had no idea what he was doing. He couldn’t figure out the problem, didn’t fix anything, and kept having to come back — each time wasting our time and leaving us with the same disgusting mess. Instead of enjoying our trip, we were stuck dealing with constant stress, foul odors, and unsanitary conditions.This property should never have been rented out in this condition. It completely ruined our vacation. I would never recommend this place to anyone — avoid it at all costs.See photos below but imagine having constant flow of sewage water every time the upstairs toilet was flushed.

Beautiful location and house. Couch beds very uncomfortable but beds otherwise great. Very clean. Bathroom ceiling vent on main floor leaks. I would recommend but also with knowledge of many stairs to get in.

We loved our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. Very close to town and yet feels like you’re in the woods. Differently will be returning.

I couldn’t say enough good things about our stay. The property was clean and extremely well stocked with every amenity. Communication with the property owner was immediate and extremely helpful. You will love the peace, tranquility and scenic views.

Absolutely loved the location of the cabin, far enough out for nature but close enough to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We enjoyed the cleanliness and size of the cabin as well as the hot tub and game room! Perfect size for our family of 11. The owners are very responsive and helpful in any way they can be!

Nice place to stay and relax

none of the games worked ,no gas loggs , mice droppings in the drawers of kitchen ,running around at nights eat the bread and things i had left on counters.no ice pellets for ice on steps to many steps to go into cabin.And a bad smell like musty.

Came to the Piegon Forge/Gatlinburg area to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday with family. We had an amazing trip and did all the fun things from rollercoasters, mirror mazes, indoor snow tubing to the glass bottom sky bridge and so much more. The best part was coming back to our beautiful and spacious cabin to relax and wind down in the gameroom and hot tub. .

The surroundings were gorgeous but we had several issues, which when we brought to the property managers attention were asked questions that were already answered. Glad we were only there for two days and didn't spend much time in the cabin itself.
