We enjoyed the views, kitchen with almost everything we needed (just needed a cutting board). We saw herds of deer come through the yard and eagles flying through the area. The extra towels and toiletries were a great touch.
Beautiful Mountain Views just a short drive from Denver. The home has all that you will need and fit our family nicely. We did bring a blow up mattress to fit all 10 of us, but overall it was a comfortable stay.
We had a wonderful stay in Evergreen. The house was a great location for a family reunion and 1st birthday party. We had plenty of room to gather and spend time together. The laundry room was a plus. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to organize. The Mountain View was spectacular!
My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this house in Evergreen. The house fit all our needs size wise. It was close to many areas we wanted to explore and had breathtaking views. The sunrise was the best to wake up to every morning! The property manager was very responsive and was in contact with us when we needed help with anything in the house. They even allowed us to check in early. The amenities provided in the home were also amazing. We did not have to worry about running out of any soaps, dishes, detergents, etc. The reason I did not give this house 5 stars was because of the cleanliness. All the floors on the main level did not seem as though they had even been cleaned. We had to wear shoes or socks at all times or our feet would turn black. The showers were also not the cleanest as there was soap scum on the shower doors and hair stuck in the drains. There was also trash that littered the mountain around the house that my family made an effort to pick up. If they were to improve their cleaning this house would be 5 stars above and beyond.
Great place. Beautiful views. Nice sun exposure. Wonderful windows! Perfect kitchen. Beds are hard but good Therapeutic bedding. Very unique house! Perfect for 6 people
This vacation turned out to be one of the best! The homes views are breathtaking!! Wake up to magical views! Location was PERFECT- allowed us to be close to all ski ⛷️ resorts desired. Plus close to downtown to see Hockey. The home is set up with everything plus you need!!! Gourmet kitchen, soaking tub, heated floors, walk-in shower, washer, and dryer, all bath necessities & amenities, hairdryers, bbq, sleds, etc etc. I truly mean it- even humidifiers for folks like us who need them. We all were in heaven and already planning a return.
Had a great time staying at this property. The view was amazing. We found everything we needed for cooking and such. There were games that we played. The place did not have enough toilet paper and so the last night we had to go out and buy some which was a bit of a hassle with the snow but regardless it was an a truly fantastic experience and would definitely book again. The cabin was beautiful! The kitchen was great the rooms were spacious. It was a wonderful time. :)
My family (my parents- and sister-in-law, my husband, our two daughters aged 2.5yo and 5 months, and I) enjoyed a lovely weekend at this home! The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped - we celebrated an early Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve and did quite a bit of cooking. The fire pit was easy to use and gave beautiful views of the foothills. The showers were nice and there were plenty of toiletries and bathroom linens as well. We even took a family photo for holiday cards by the rock formation outside the house. We had one question about the TV and the guest contact, Dane, was very responsive and courteous. We would love to come back to this gorgeous home! Two things to know if you are booking - 1) the spiral staircase was not ideal for my toddler (she did fine on it all weekend but I was nervous about her falling, with the somewhat-narrow metal steps and tall railing) or for us carrying the baby up and down the stairs. You can access the upstairs from outside by going up the hill and entering through the balcony off the primary bedroom (this was great for unpacking our vehicles!) but it was too cold and windy to repeatedly go outside to circumvent the spiral stairs. Just something to consider if the stairs would be challenging for anyone in your party - they were fine for adults and you can see them well in the listing photos, so just something I should have thought about a bit more! And 2) Google Maps navigation took us to a location on the next street over, so watch and make sure that the point you are navigating to is actually on correct road as described in the address for this home! The roads for the last half mile up to the place are somewhat hilly and narrow so it's not somewhere you want to be turning around.
