Mountain Hideaway, Downtown, Hot tub, Fenced yard!

Lovely, spacious cabin, conveniently located to the downtown Blue Ridge historical area with shopping and restaurants. Pet friendly, fenced in area with fire pit and swings which we absolutely enjoyed every evening. Very clean with all the amenities you need to feel like home. The hot tub is private and perfect to unwind in a beautiful setting. If you're planning to take a train ride, we highly recommend that you book in advance. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was very pleasant. The cabin is convenient to downtown and easy to find. You feel like you are deep in the quiet woods surrounded by nature. The cabin was well equipped. The host gave great suggestions for things to do and see while in Blue Ridge. Looking forward to going back.

Cabin and property is a 10!! Very comfortable, and we especially loved toasting marshmallows in the fire pit and soaking in the hot tub. Great location with easy access to tons of things. Mindy & Lee are fantastic hosts; they were flexible, easy to contact, and super responsive.

This is the perfect spot for relaxing and resting after hiking all day. It’s super close to downtown Blue Ridge and has everything you need for an easy, great stay. Lots of space, plenty of amenities, clean, and a fenced yard for our dog.

Hot tub was wonderful and hot! Clean… only qualm is I didn’t have control of the temperature on the property. The kitchen had everything needed to cook nice meals and the rooms had eaten pillows and blankets as needed!

We had a great stay at this cabin near Blue Ridge. The property was clean, comfortable, and well set up for a relaxing mountain getaway. One thing we immediately appreciated was the sizable parking area, which made it easy for multiple vehicles to park without any issues.The hot tub was a highlight and a perfect way to unwind after spending the day exploring the area. Inside, the mattresses were very comfortable, and the cabin had plenty of amenities that made the stay easy and enjoyable.The location also provides easy access to Blue Ridge while still feeling quiet and private. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely return.

We had a wonderful week at the cabin, it looks just like the pictures! If you have dogs like us, fenced in yard is hard to find, the dogs loved being off the leash able to run around, easier for us as well. We met our host Lee & Mindy at their sheep farm, make time to go visit them, the kids will love it! The cabin is well equipped, has everything you need, and so cute, roomy, we loved the gas fireplace & hot tub! I would definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Liked the cabins proximity to downtown and ease to get to. The space was good as well. Needs updatedA, maintenance, improvements. Needs a deep cleaning including all upholstery , bedding, rugs. Gas leak to the fireplace inside where you smell gas and get a headache.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. It is clean, comfy, and convenient. I truly appreciate how close this is to downtown Blue Ridge; just 1.5 miles to great restaurants and cute shops. It's great to be able to bring the dog with us, and even better that there is a fenced yard and a place for those bags. We highly recommend this house!

Everything was in excellent order. We enjoyed our stay and would like to stay again some time,maybe in the fall.

We were very impressed with the house. If you are traveling with a dog this is the place to be. Nice flat fenced in yard. The inside was very clean and pet friendly. There were no items down that a dog might like to get which we liked. The house has easy access from the highway and close to downtown. The hosts were very responsive to any requests we made. Definitely a place that we would stay at again.

No icemaker. It wasn’t broken, there wasn’t one. We used ice trays. The furniture is old and needs replacing. Same for master bedroom mattress. The televisions are less than average. Other than that, it was difficult to use hot tub but I take blame there. Eventually we figured it out. The porch door lock broke off, it was old. Easy to fix. The yard was terrific. The dog liked being able to sniff around. Plenty of easy parking. No large hills to climb. Nice home. We had a nice time. Short ride to town. All good.

Extremely close to downtown Blue Ridge! Very convenient to shopping and breweries. Easy access to major road to find nearby hikes through the beautiful countryside.

The cabin provided exactly what we needed for a little unplugged time and the house was nicely decorated for the season.. Host always responsive from the date we booked our trip. We enjoyed the Blue Ridge train and the area. The fenced yard is a must have when traveling with fur babies. We'll definitely stay in the future when visiting the area.

Everything about this cabin was so family friendly! We loved the fenced in yard with fire pit! It was a great place to relax and enjoy our family. The amenities exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay in Blue Ridge. It was the perfect little getaway and exactly what we needed. The cabin was peaceful, clean, and comfortable with beautiful views all around. Our dog had the best time exploring the property and it felt very pet friendly which made the trip even better.The hot tub was a great bonus. Pro tip for future guests: turn on the heater for the hot tub when you first arrive so it is ready when you want to use it.We would absolutely stay here again.

The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. Great location to downtown. The only issue was that there was not a dresser in the main bedroom to put your clothes into. Also the bathroom shower needs and bigger shower head. But the stay was very fun and you will love the location!

This rental was very clean and well appointed. Enjoyed the whimsical touches and the short drive to downtown Blue Ridge where there was great shopping and restaurants. It was also conveniently located to orchards for apple picking and the train ride. Would definitely rent this property again!

This was a lovely property in a great location! We enjoyed having the fenced yard for our dog, and all of us had a wonderful time. We would definitely be interested in staying there again.

It was a beautiful home, very clean & inviting. We also took our dog & appreciated having a fenced yard. The location was great, very convenient to everything. We also discovered the Fannin County Park. They have all kinds of walking paths. It was great for the dog. It opens at 7am, so it is a great way to start the day. Also, they had a crate for our dog. The host was very friendly and let us know about specific activities. All in all, it was a great vacation & we will return.

The cabin was great! It had plenty of room and features! The location is perfect for easy access / short drive to downtown. The hosts and communication with them were excellent! We had zero problems, and it was a very relaxing, peaceful getaway for the weekend. Definitely will be returning in the future! Highly recommended!

Property needs a refresh. Furniture is old and tired. Pots and pans are old, chipped and likely unsafe. Grill is rusty. Throw pills appear dirty. All of this gave the impression of a lack of cleanliness.

Very comfortable, close to town, well stocked, and easy access code for entrance. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Both bathrooms were nice and clean. Would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Very clean, cozy, and well-stocked. Absolutely quiet inside, no road noise at all. The fenced yard was also a bonus for the dog. Excellent communication from host, including local recommendations of things to do. We would love to come back in the winter and take advantage of the fire pit!

The cabin was clean, had comfortable beds and all we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was very easy and they were extremely responsive with one question we had about the hot tub. Checkin and checkout was simple and easy. The location was easy to find and very close to downtown Blue Ridge-about a 15 minute drive. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone interested in visiting this area.

We have stayed in Blue Ridge several times before and like the area very much because we like to kayak and hike. This particular rental was absolutely the nicest place we have stayed. It was large, very clean, had everything you could want and was well located. I spent 2 evenings sitting by a fire in the fire ring outside with a fire, a glass of wine and a book! Heaven. Oh, and we could bring our dog. The yard was nice for her.

Our stay was good at the cabin. The only thing is that from the pictures, it looks like two different king size beds. I was expecting two king size beds, the queen size beds and the futon. The king bed in the pictures is the same bed but with two different covers so in scrolling it looks like there are two different beds.

Such a beautiful property on the mountain. It was a very peaceful place to come back to.

Our stay was great. Cabin was extremely nice and clean, also very easy to find. The pictures did not lie about how the cabin was presented.. We will be back for that experience with our grandkids. Excellent experience... 2 thumbs up!!!!!

This was our 1st time to this area. The location of this cabin was perfect for a quiet stay yet close enough to all activities. Cabin was very neat and clean. The layout was perfect.

The property was easy to find and located a short drive from town. The check in process was seamless and upon entering the house we were pleased with the cleanliness and appearance overall. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed and we had what we needed (except for a whisk and wine opener). My one big complaint would be that the screened in porch and the yard were not in as good condition as the inside of the house. The screened in porch was covered in pollen and had not been cleaned in awhile. There were even leaves scattered around!! How do they get in a screened porch??!My tiny (8.5 lb) Maltipoo had pollen caked on her paws when we sat out the first night, so we didn’t use the porch again. The yard was not tidy- high grass was growing in the front and in a big area of the fenced yard- much taller than my dog! There was another area of the fenced yard that didn’t have much grass, but when it rained it became a mud hole. So, while the house itself was very nice, the outside needs some TLC, especially if a dog is coming.

The house was great and easy access to the Town of Blue Ridge.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to surrounding areas, food, fun and music. Also enjoyed just being in nature seeing the local wildlife. The home was very nice and rustic which I liked. Thank you!

My family ( dog included) were able to get some much needed rest and relaxation at this cabin. Conveniently located to downtown Blueridge but off the road enough to have some peace and quiet. Very clean, easy access and plenty of space. Enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the hot tub.

Our family loved our stay at the Mountain Hideaway cabin. Space was great, beds were super comfy and location was perfect. So convenient to all of the things we wanted to do around Blue Ridge and Ellijay. Will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us this direction. We spent every night around the fire pit and thoroughly enjoyed our time.

The house was cute and cozy, and while we were'nt able to fit a bonfire into the schedule the outdoor space was adorable. The hot tub was so nice too (we'd recommend towel hooks on the panel walls)! The beds were comfy and bathrooms spacious, and the kitchen had plenty of utensils (though the wine opener was missing). It was such a fun time and we definitely plan to book again next year!

It’s hard to rate the stay because we never got to make it up there. We booked a reservation which happened to end up being the same weekend that north GA was shut down because of the snow event in January 2025. The Governor had declared a state of emergency and told people to stay off the roads. A large section of 75 North was shut down so we could not get there. I was told I was lying about that by the hosts. Which of course did not sit well, and that’s why I’m here now. We requested to either move our dates or give us a refund. Both denied at the time. We had to call VRBO and waste 2 hours on a Saturday trying to see if we could get a refund from them. The rep was gracious enough to call the host himself and try to negotiate. All failed. It was only after we said we were going to social media that the host called us and said he wanted to do the right thing and gave us less than half of our money back. This was very much appreciated but the experience was awful. I was told it was policy that they did not give refunds after a certain time, which was understandable. However, when there is a natural event that denies access to property, policy should be changed. He ended up doing the right thing and gave us less than half back. I took that as a win and we went about our business. I’m sure the property was great. We were looking forward to taking this vacation with our pup but it never happened. Book with caution because it will be a struggle if something goes wrong.

The property was just as nice as advertised, location couldn't have been more perfect for ease into town, the house was more than perfect for my family of 4 with lots of conveniences that we didn't expect. Fenced in yard, fire pit area, and grill with porch was marvelous, and a clean, confortable, easy home. The owners were plenty accomodating and more than reasonable. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great property and location!

Everything was great. But we were never able to technically communicate with host. I'm sure it is our lack of technical knowledge. Plus, the WIFI kept going out.Otherwise, this is a great property!

Cabin was as described and in a great location. Close to everything you want to do. Very easy drive and the view is pretty. We used the gas fireplace and it was so warm and cozy. Will stay again.

Adorable little cabin with very nice amenities- love the remote controlled fireplace! Firepit was so fun and the fenced yard was great for our dog. Super comfy bedding. Hot tub needs some love, to be honest. And the internet went in and out a lot, but manageable.

Quiet place with excellent amenities just minutes away from downtown Blue Ridge

Nice stay a few days -- very relaxing and cabin was great!

The cabin was perfect for our stay. Wanted something close to town yet seemed far away. This fit perfectly from the fire pit to the hot tub. The cabin was extremely clean and well stocked. Would stay here again if in the area!

The Cabin overall was pretty good. Just a few things I noticed and wish they added more outside seating and or rocking chairs to the front and side of the cabin. There is barely any seating outside considering how big the porch is. All the seating is on the back facing the woods. The only other thing was there was a lot of dog hair on my comforter and on the chairs outside in the back. They do not have anything for kids so if you are bringing little ones bring a pack n play and toys.

We have stayed at different places in Blue Ridge but this is by far the best. Definitely will stay there again on our next trip to Blue Ridge. Can’t beat the location. Our dog loved the fenced yard. The amenities were definitely a plus especially the fire pit. Everyone going to Blue Ridge should definitely book it.
