Stayed Dec 21, 2025Everything about this stay was incredible. The VRBO hosts thought of every small detail that would help us enjoy our stay. The amenities were unreal. We were welcomed with a decorated Christmas tree and stocking stuffers. The kitchen was fully stocked and they even had snacks waiting for us. The bedrooms were huge and had bathroom amenities for us. The location was perfect. The hosts allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated after an eight hour drive. We will absolutely be recommending this property to our friends and family. Thank you again for being a part of some core memories.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Pagosa Springs! The property is even more stunning in person, with plenty of space and all the comforts of home. The location was perfect—just a short drive to downtown Pagosa Springs, where we enjoyed local shops, restaurants, and the famous hot springs.Communication with the property manager was seamless; they were responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth check-in and stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway in Pagosa!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024This was a perfect home with a grea location for our family of 5 adults! It was decorated with much thought, it was stocked with absolutely everything we needed and it was comfortable! Beds were very comfortable and its rare to find king size beds in all 3 rooms. Loved the back yard it has beautful pine trees to sit beneath and it is very private. The hosts were extremely professional and responded right away, that was appreciated! We will definitely stay here again in the future!
