The only thing about my stay that I didnt like was the 17 steps getting into the cabin. Its also very very remote so make sure you know where you are going. Perfect for pets.Needs some laundry soap but thats minor.
We loved this little cabin for our last minute getaway! Loved seeing all the deer so close it was beautiful
Would recommend to anyone. Was cozy, peaceful and didnt want to leave!
My dogs and I stayed here for a second time and enjoyed the cabin and the area even more now that we are getting to learn the area. Thanks again! The cabin and all of the local hiking suggestions are much appreciated!
Loved the Christmas tree they put up for us and decorations?nice and quiet! Very clean and comfortable.
Myself and my two dogs, Taz and Dobby had a great weekend at The Grey Wolf Lodge! The cabin is secluded, clean and well equipped with everything you need. We went to the Hanging Bridge a short drive away and hiked on Saturday. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!
Beautiful, cozy cabin out in Morganton, GA. Exquisite wooden design, comfortable furniture, den, hot tub area very quaint and well stocked kitchen amenities by owner. Very clean grill. Appreciated all the details the owner put into our first time experience in North GA. Loved the deer corn as we had several deer each morning. Satellite TV was a little difficult to figure out. WiFi Passcode info was changed w.o notification but corrected by property attendant on SAT morning. One might recommend needing a four wheel drive to reach this property as it is really in the woods and the 2 mile gravel path to get to it is rather narrow. We received quite a bit of rain during our stay and the pathway was rather steep. There was a sedan that got stuck going to another property. Morganton was a little out of the ways for the activities we wanted to do.
The wife and I took a long weekend, and enjoyed this place thoroughly. It's tucked away in the woods with great privacy. However, I highly recommend contacting the property owner to get the full directions to the cabin as GPS won't get you all of the way there. Can't wait to go back.
We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin. We loved how each room had such a cozy feel and the hot tub was so relaxing! Everything we could've possibly needed was provided. Side note: If you choose to stay here just know that without a 4wd vehicle it may be difficult to access. There are also steps to access either door which may be difficult for some people. Overall it was a great little getaway and we would definitely recommend!!
I rented this property through Vrbo, I immediately received communication and rental instructions and agreement from My Mountain Cabin Rentals, second entity then was asked to send car license plate and copy of drivers license to owners . I rented a three bedroom one bath cabin, it was beautiful and clean, the third bedroom was locked! Which meant as it turned out I Slept on the couch. There was a pull out mattress under one bed BUT that is not what I payed for. After reading the reviews when I booked, I asked the owner if I could get up the mountain in my sedan with good clearance I was told to go slow. Impossible! Almost I got up with GREAT difficulty. I would not recommend. My mountain cabin never called me back because I do feel I should be compensated for lack of a third bedroom. Vrbo I tried reaching more than once, calls got disconnected. Loved the cabin Service SUCKED
