The bed/mattresses were too soft. The sheets were too thin.My brother couldn’t sleep well. We didn’t know there were extra blankets in just one of the rooms closet until the last day. The heat was too hot and dry on the upper (third) floor. One of the the bathroom light bulb was out.The shades were broken in the living room. The kitchen pans were too scratched up, badly need of replacement. The hot water pot needs to be descaled. We weren’t expecting to clean the kitchen before checkout, let alone taking out the trashThe hot tub was only 104 so it wasn’t hot enough. We paid over 1100/day for this property for low quality stuff. The only best thing was we got to spend some quality family time together.Next time we’ll probably stay at the Hilton (with consistent quality) or a newer house.
