This open concept house was perfect for our family’s Thanksgiving week gathering. The location was proximate to everything we wanted to do, there was plenty of cozy room indoors, with a kitchen that met our needs for a full Thanksgiving feast, and a hot tub for relaxation at the end of the days. I sent a few notes to the Management company, who were very receptive and followed up with a review for them about minor issues that needed tending to at the house. If you are unfamiliar with the area like we were, Big Bear Lake is the location to book for that small town, snow (or lake) village feeling. I would book this accommodation again for future stays.

Really cool cabin. The woodwork really makes you feel like your in a cabin in the woods. Everything worked including the outdoor spa. Could sleep 10 comfortably, we had 6 so plenty of room. The pool table was great and we ended playing a lot. The Bluetooth stereo was perfect for the post-slopes wind down. Only complaints: need a snow shovel accessible onsite and the shower water pressure is low, and probably need a shoe/boot cleaner at the front door or runner rug at the front door for the snow. Thanks to the PM for bringing us a snow shovel the morning after we arrived!

Very nice place, plenty of room, well-stocked with cooking utensils and equipment. Good access to ski resorts. Could've been a bit cleaner on arrival, but overall enjoyed our stay.

Location was nice. The house is a lot bigger than it appeared in photos, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall great experience.

Perfect for winter or Summer, had an excellent time playing pool at night by the fireplace. Nice open layout. A little light on supplies like aluminum foil, Ziplock bags, no olive oil, no ketchup etc....that is fairly standard at any normal rentals so surprised it's soooo sparse. That's the only drawback.

The unit was spacious (bigger than we thought it would be), clean and well-appointed. There was nothing we lacked. Had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. (Might want to bring your own pillow if you like flatter ones). The hot tub was just right. We enjoyed the pool table and the darts. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived and noticed immediately that most of the lightbulbs in the house were burnt out, it was not clean, a lot of the kitchen supplies were dirty as were the towels. There were not enough towels for our party. The fans were all broken. The spa did not heat all the way and the water was cloudy. I called the management company and complained. They said they would send someone. They sent a guy with a bag of towels and someone to “repair” the spa. He argued with us that the water was not cloudy and that the water was warm enough. Then he proceeded to drive away. I called again the next day and voiced all my concerns again. They said they Would send someone and never did. We ended up checking out a night early because the beds were so awful.

We loved our stay here. The cabin itself is huge and it's a great location. We loved the jacuzzi and found a fabulous sledding spot a very short walk away. (None of the basic, consumable pantry items were included, but we were informed of that well ahead of time and came prepared.) Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at Moose Creek Chalet. We had 6 adults in our party along with 3 children ages, 2, 7, and 8. This cabin was extremely well equipped and we really didn't need a lot of the things we brought with us. The fully fenced yard allowed the children a bit of freedom and there weren't a lot of No-No's in the cabin for the toddler. Adults enjoyed the Jacuzzi and Pool Table as well as the big television and 2 fireplaces. Check in staff were very friendly and efficient. The only thing I would recommend would be to leave a working vacuum (it had no bag) and a dustpan so we can keep up better. We did manage to keep it clean but those items would have made it easier. This is a beautiful property and we all had the best family vacation ever! I would definitely reserve this cabin again! Thank you so much for sharing your property with us! Lori H.
