Stayed Apr 1, 2024My overall experience at this cabin was not great. The beds were extremely hard and we all had to fight sleep on the couch. As others stated in reviews, the downstairs is a lot colder than upstairs which made sleeping even tougher. At best we slept a few hours each day. The reason for my low review is not only how hard the beds were, but how it was handled. I completely understand some people like hard beds and that it differs from person to person (I do not and if you don’t like hard beds I would not recommend staying here). After the first night all I asked for was an air mattress and was told yes and it would be delivered. After 8 hours of my wife waiting at the cabin for the air mattress we got a text saying that they could not give us one since there was a high demand of broken beds in other cabins. They then said that a manager would come to our cabin to talk to us about options. In our four days nobody came. They then said they would give us a credit, which never happened. Based on service and not sleeping I would not recommend staying here I do want to post some good things and other facts 1. Game room was great 2. Overall inside cleaning was great 3. Layout of the cabin is very unique. Bed room/laundry room. Bed rooms on all three stories 4. Very limited yard space. There is literally a sign that says don’t use side yard. This was disappointing since we had kids 5. Cabin was modern with a nice master bathroom

Stayed Jan 2, 2024Overall, it was exactly what we expected. Communication with the property manager was efficient, clear and quick. The downstairs gets pretty cold but individual heaters definitely help. Great experience.

Stayed Jan 20, 2023The property was nice - everything that was advertised in the listing was present. The only issue I had was that the master shower and bath were not working (2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath). We realized this on a Saturday (we stayed Fri-Sun), after a full day of being in the snow.. which was not ideal considering that all 12 of us (8 adults, 4 kids) had planned to bathe upon returning, and only had 1 shower to use. I notified the head office (right away, so that they knew the second we found out), via text, and without any response, or notification, a maintenance person knocked on our door to repair the issue. I’m not sure how others feel about this, but showing up unannounced (and during a family vacation) is not ideal. I understand the rental property’s concern to fix the issue, but we ended up making the 1 shower work for all of us.
