Modern Wintergreen Cabin with Hot Tub, Sauna

I want to be VERY clear, this is a nice house, great location and we enjoyed our stay. With that said, the house needs maintenance, some TLC. I had to contact the renter several times about certain things because I didn't want to get charged for it, and the renter was great in communicating with me. The patio furniture needs updating, the living room sofa is stained, 2 knobs on the stove were completely broken in which I could not reattach, knobs on various cabinets are loose (I actually tightened some of them myself), therewasn't enough hot water for my wife and I to each shower, and we had 3 teenage boys with us, we really had to schedule showers. Something has to be wrong with the hot water heater. That sounds like a lot, but they are easy fixes.

The home was so cozy. Lots of room for everyone. We loved the big table outside for eating as it was a beautiful weekend. In the morning, we were able to enjoy lounging with coffee on the comfy outdoor furniture. In the evening, we toasted marshmallows and later enjoyed the hot tub. We were only a few blocks walk from a trailhead leading to great hiking trails. We had a wonderful experience with family!

Well laid out and furnished. Perfect for family gathering. Near trail head leading to the Old Appalachian Trail.

We had a wonderful vacation with our family! The cabin was clean and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans! The sauna and hot tub were used by all after our hikes!

Maybe we missed it, but we had trouble parking in the driveway. Leaves on gravel made it hard to see where we were, rocky surface impeded. We just didn't know what to expect. Tile grout in upstairs queen bedroom could use a spritz of chlorine bleach. The black mold disappears! Chris and his excellent communication and especially his response in getting a handyman out when we didn't understand how to get a few things to work was wonderful. Thanks.

House was great for our big family. Two refrigerators helped with all our food and drinks. Hot tub and sauna worked well. Some furniture needs replacing as they're worn out and stained (sofa and outdoor seating), as well as the carpets and rugs. They don't look as nice as the pictures. But that was really the only downside. Everything else was great.

The property was extremely nice and accommodating. But, we found it to smaller than we were expecting and difficult for all to be together in the great room and missed having good views of mountains, etc. Manger was excellent.

We loved our time at Blue Ridge Hollow. It was the perfect place for our family six adults and four kids. Communication with the host was excellent. The house was super clean and very well stocked. It's location on the mountain feels remote but it's just a short, beautiful drive to all the resort amenities. We're already talking about returning this summer!

This home is ideally located just minutes from the ski resort, making it super convenient for skiers and snowboarders. Easy access to lifts and local amenities. The house is spacious, well-maintained, and offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for après-ski relaxation. Modern furnishings with a rustic touch add to the charm.

It was perfect for our family gathering. The dining table was perfect for dinner for 11 and playing games. hicking

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin at Wintergreen. We had 3 families and a total of 10 ppl (plus our dog!) and we had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the big living room with fireplace and TV were perfect for streaming football games. The kids loved the arcade game and foosball set up in the lower level. The host thought of everything and was great at communicating before check in and check out. Highly recommend and would stay again when we are back in the area!

We enjoyed our stay in the comfort of this beautiful home in Wintergreen! The guidebook was so detailed and included videos - such a great help with the house and surrounding area. Everyone in our merry group of 7 enjoyed the house, location and just time to reconnect. Though we didn’t use the hot tub, it was ready on arrival. Our host was the best- responsive and great communication throughout our stay. Thank you, Chris! .

Beautiful secluded house high in the Wintergreen Resort … limited cell service, but a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the green surroundings … the couple issues we had were addressed by the owner … but I’m glad we brought our own food, because grocery prices are as high as the mountain!
