Cabins 57-67 are identical styles. These deluxe tiny home “mountain chalets” on the Taylor River offer all the amenities of a cabin in a modern and compact package. They are perfect cabins for families. The best feature is that you are literally steps away from the river.

The cabin was just as described, and the river setting was ideal for fishing, hanging out, and s'mores. The 3R staff was friendly and helpful as always, and we loved our rafting trip. Great to have good food and coffee right across the street with other essentials. Don't miss Bingo night! A family favorite.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024There was no hot tub and a surprise dog fee per night that was not listed. They waived the dog fee because it wasn't listed, but we booked with an anticipated hot tub which was disappointing.

I had no reservation, walked into the office area (general store) and was greeted with great people... I asked for a cabin on the river and they had it available... the restaurant was great, the Colorado air conditioning is one of my favorites... thank you
