Modern mountain home right on Toccoa River w/fire pit and open floor plan

We loved staying here. It was clean and amenities were good. Loved the coffee maker! Kitchen was well stocked with all things a kitchen needs extras. We loved the location. It is very convenient to downtown Blue Ridge (within about 15 mins.). It is a 2 level house which is great for us because we vacation with another couple. They had the upstairs and we had the downstairs. Each bedroom has a walkout sliding door to the deck. Of course, sitting on the deck and enjoying the river was so relaxing. We plan on staying here again as soon as we can get our schedule nailed down. Book a stay! You will not regret it!

The cabin was everything we hoped it would be, great location and excellent view, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, we made dinner at home every night, it was a great piece full place to stay just far enough from town .

Great location.

It was an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable time. The outdoor living space was our favorite. The use of the kayaks was phenomenal! My big kids had the time of their lives! Something for all ages to enjoy. The house was close to town. We enjoyed The Cuban Cafe and several trips to Mercier Orchard for apples and baked goods. This is the first VRBO that I would actually come back to rent.

This is a lovely place loved everything sitting on deck listening to water was beautiful. The sofa was high quality we actually ordered one for our selves .

Place was super comfortable for a weekend trip. Has all the amenities you really need. Kitchen utensils should’ve had more metal cookware spatulas to make grilling outside easier. Porch was by far the best part of this home. Beautiful view, plenty of seating, and relaxing sounds of the river.

The view and sounds of the water and the birds. Cozy campfire, comfy beds for great sleep. Nice hot showers and a beautiful kitchen to cook meals. Just enough out of town and close to the campground to go tubing. Highly recommend.

Very nice home with large bedrooms and awesome location on the Toccoa river. Large wraparound deck on both floors were nice and views from all three bedrooms outstanding. Great restaurant on the river is only a two minute drive and downtown is also a short drive down the mountain. Great downtown with good shops and restaurants. Also check out small towns near Blue Ridge, worth the short drives. Ramp is accommodating from the drive way to the front door. Easy river to fish from the bank or in the water. No en-suite bathrooms but just outside the bedrooms is still convenient. A little road noise but nothing that noticeable especially in the house. Overall we loved the home, location and our stay. Awesome view and river water sounds

The place was amazing! Right on the water. Two decks with comfortable seating. An outdoor fireplace. Cleanest place I have ever stayed in. Beautiful kitchen. We will definitely be back.

This house was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed our time in Blue Ridge and the surrounding area.Honestly, the house was in a perfect location and the layout was perfect for I family. I really didn’t want to come home.Looking forward to our next stay.

Even before we were halfway through our stay we were talking about the next time. The house is very well maintained and up to date. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen with nice dishes, flatware and lots of cooking utensils. The view of the Toccoa River was amazing and we even managed to catch a few rainbow trout and one small bass. We took advantage of both the outdoor fireplace and the firepit. This was a very relaxing and comfortable stay. We can't wait to go back!

We were astounded upon arrival at the rushing water and breathtaking views. The house is perfect and it's the perfect escape with the ones you love.

Our stay was beyond fabulous!! My best friend and I brought our mothers for a long Mother Daughter weekend in the mountains. This house was amazing! We enjoyed fires in the outdoor fireplace each night and spent many hours on the deck listening to and watching the river! We are already looking to book here for another trip!

This cabin was purely amazing! We had so many places to sight see but I think if I were to do it over again I would spend ours on the deck reading! It was just so tranquil. The house was clean a beautifully decorated. Would love to come back in the Fall next time around and see all the gorgeous colors.

What a nice place!!!! Relaxing, beautiful place. It was clean and well taken care of. The location was perfect too. Close to tubing, white water rafting, and historic Helen, GA. The grocery store being just down the road was added bonus.

Stayed to participate in Cruel Jewel. Perfect cabin right on the water. Relaxing views sitting outside on either of the two decks. Only regret is that we didn’t book it to stay longer.
